   worst customer service, i ask for my size to try they don’t have it so i ask for one different size staff ask me to show them barcode so that they can scan, then size won’t fit so i give her back and staff was very very rude she is smacking the box and move off very rudely , then i went to manager to inform he is so irresponsible i never seen this before , i won’t go again , it’s totally understandable that they don’t care because they are at very good place, there are many reviews regarding customer service issues hope management will look into this. thank you

   Unacceptable Customer Service I asked a staff member for a bigger size, but instead of helping or even responding properly, he just walked away and never came back. I was left standing there with no explanation or assistance. This is not what I expect from JD …customers deserve basic respect and support when shopping. Very poor service, and it completely put me off wanting to shop here again. Luckily, a lady came over afterwards and helped me … she was excellent, and I really appreciate her service.

   1 star is for staff who helped us yesterday. The lady Asian who working on till she had super rude attitude not even polite talk like she is giving us free items even though we paid . Need to take strict action against her Indian lady

   Worst customer service experience. The staff was rude, he said only try the shoes that you want to buy. He said not to bring other shoes down just to try. When we went to manager and complainant, the manager started blaming us and not the staff.

   Visited Harrow JD today for an exchange and staff were very efficient and helpful! Having 3 teenagers I’m always in JD for their clothes and footwear so I’ve been to quite a few but this Was probably the best JD store staff I’ve encountered ! Keep up the good work

   Just went in to buy a few things and was faced with absolutely disgusting behaviour from one staff member - Asst: 014, Clerk: 007. One of the items which I was purchasing did not have a barcode on it, this cashier asked me to go and find a new one and bring her the barcode. Correct me if I am wrong, but are they not paid to do these things? I declined and asked if she can ask one of her colleagues who were just walking around as the store was not at all busy, within seconds another member of staff bought the item over for scanning. Needless to say the cashier was annoyed and forgot how to use 'please' and 'thank you'.....simply grunted..."do you want a bag?", "take out your card". JD train your staff or at least reprimand them for providing useless service!!!

   Staff are so rude! I had to give 1 star just so I can write this review but they don't deserve any stars. They made a mistake by giving me someone else's parcel, when I came back to return it to them they blamed me for not checking it! Staff was so rude she argued with me infront of my kids! Also the messiest jd I have ever been too.

   Awfal staff. They said 10% student discount and side accessory free. When i was about to pay there were trying to charge me for the wipes and they said they can't offer for free. Ridiculous. Isn't ?
