   I went in today to collect something for my dad. There was one member of staff there and after waiting by the main till for 5 minutes I had to approach her for help myself. She was rude and unhelpful from beginning to end. No smile, no hello, or how can i help?. She just said she was the only person there and I would have to come back in an hour if i wanted to be served. Great customer service. After offering no help and speaking to me rudely I asked her for her name to which she replied it’s company policy not to give out names, I then asked for the mangers name and again she said no. However, when I spoke to customer support to report the issue they said that is not true. If you see a customer walk in the first thing you do is acknowledge them. If you are busy, let them know and explain that you’ll be with them as soon as you’re able to. You do not wait for them to approach you so that you can speak to them rudely, complain that the shop is understaffed and tell them to come back. To be honest I’m not sure what to expect from someone wearing trainers and music speakers whilst at work especially at a shop like this. Do better Moss Bros. The staff here are a let down to your customers and brand.

   Tahir is a quality member of staff and I hope the company recognises him as a valuable asset and makes him management soon. He is warm, professional, welcoming and very competent. I appreciated him providing an honest opinion over the common approach of businesses trying to upsell and provide a service the customer does not really need. happy to make this branch my new regular from now on as long as he is still working there.

   Hired a white-tie suit for my event at cost of £159 before realising I’d made a mistake and returning the suit to the store before my event unworn. Moss Bros decided to keep all of my money. Couldn’t get even a partial refund despite buying a £60 pair of shoes from store as well the day I returned the suit hire. Very unhappy at the company’s inflexible returns policy especially given cost of living crisis.

   Absolute worst suit shop with low quality suits and shoes. I purchased loafers and a few days later the inside soles came out and you could see the dried glue. The quality was so poor! I took it back to the store and the general manager accused me of ripping it out myself, his team swarmed me and accused me of the same! Very very poor service, hence the low rating overall. Please never shop here, I didnt get a refund nor my shoes fixed, just aggressive poor attitude from the manager and team. Low quality staff, garments. Shop at Suit Supply, much much better.

   There is this girl she didn't tell me her name .Tall usually she comes on weekend tall wear a black soft hat...she is a big liar. We went there last week we choose a Ted Baker suit and they didn't have the size so I asked her can you order it for us we will pick it up from the store? She told us it's not available in any store or online even if it's available also you have to pay 8.99 pounds delivery charge for pick up or home delivery. I came out from the store and order it online next minute. It was all available. Moss bros should teach there sales team to not to lie to the customer for whatever reason.

   Great place to buy suits, shirts , trousers , tie , cufflinks , Blazers and other accessories. They also do tailored outfits and you can also order you specific design/ outfit from the counter. Staff are friendly they helped to find my particular jacket And reserved for me , another location of Moss. They also have suits to rent. I recommend before visiting shop see their online shop and you can buy online and collect from the shop. I don't recommend to buy shoes from them they don't have any fancy ones. The shop located in st.anne shopping centre which is convenient to shop other things. The parking is available in St.Anne shopping centre and it's not very expensive.

   Tahir is great! Really helpful customer service and helping me pick out my suit. Gave me advices on what he thought would work ans would not ans overall didn't feel rushed at all at this big purchase. Can't wait to collect my suit. Highly recommend!
