   Ordered 3 pairs online, I have severe bunions and can rarely find a 6E UK size 12 decent trainer. I ordered 3 New Balance and one was good so I travelled from Bournemouth to visit this tiny store, but with a massive stock holding, to try some trainers on. I met the lovely lady who has owned the store for over 40 years and her daughter. They couldn’t have been anymore helpful; and I can highly recommend for anyone with large wide feet.

   Bit of a trek to this shop making this a 3hour round trip! Glad we went so I could get a handle on wide fit sizing for my feet including my orthotics, and I did come away with a single pair of comfy shoes. However it was a bit of a shame they didn't have any of the 4 styles I'd selected from the Internet before making the long journey. The shop has limited stock so if you know your size maybe ordering via the Internet would be better as they mentioned they had a "warehouse" elsewhere.

   What an amazing shop. The staff are so welcoming and supportive in helping you find the correct shoes, style and fit for your feet. I went in to buy some shoes for my son’s wedding and ended up buying a pair of trainers and walking shoes as well!!!! What a great experience and I will definitely be back.    What a fantastic company with careful attention to customer service. Nina the owner was particularly helpful and we managed to find the perfect pair of shoes for my elderly mother who has specialist insoles for her super flat feet. Amazingly the shoes are actually made in England. As a bonus we also found a well fitting stylish pair of trainers too. We will be back to get a few more pairs soon.

   Highly recommend this store. Amazing selection of wide shoes. It’s the first time I’ve found a place that can give me such good recommendations and such a big selection.    We needed wide fit shoes for my husband who has neuropathy (size 11, 6E). Ordering from NL to UK was a concern but we cannot get what he needs in NL. We were surprised at the very fast delivery and delighted with the quality of the shoes. His own soles fit perfectly and he is looking forward to actually being able to walk properly.    Very poor quality. Recently I purchased a pair of boots (£150+) that I have worn around once a week for 6 months or so. Today I realised that the sole from one of them was completely peeling away from the shoe. I emailed the company to ask them to exchange them, however because I was 2 weeks after a somewhat arbitrary 6 month deadline they were not going to exchange or refund them. I was so disappointed as until then I was very pleased with the service, the customer service rep didn't even seem to have read my email and sent a fairly generic note. I really would avoid using them, for the price the longevity of these shoes should be much better.

   If you have wide feet like me, this is the best place in London. I had a sore bunion on my left foot. I went to the shop and bought a pair of size 12, 4E New Balance trainers. We even tried 1/2 sizes. Brilliant shop serving a market which is ignored by the mass of shoe shops. So glad it's here. Bus stop: Kenton Park Avenue (Stop V) on Route 183.
