   The worst. They never have enough staff even though the company makes millions. Left waiting for at least 10 minutes when you want to make a return which is frustrating when you’re returning a faulty product you would have kept.

   I love H&M, especially for basic stuff but trying to pay for something in this shop is an absolute nightmare. The machines never work so you get in the queue for the tills which is so slow, maybe due to returns process and card machines but usually there is only one staff member on the tills. I got out of the queue today to go on the self checkout (only two per floor). One machine went to an 'out of order' screen. I then got fed up once again and went downstairs but my £3 off on the app had to be scanned by a member of staff - good luck finding one of those. I think customers should be trusted to scan a £3 off code from their app. You only get 15 minutes to scan this in store so you have to panic to find a member of staff in time to scan this. Yes, I'm ranting. Unfortunately, this will likely mean I spend a lot less with this company. If I have to buy something it will be online. Even then, the delivery options aren't great. Their processes need to be fixed. Failing that, get some more staff in and pay them a decent wage.

   Spent 45 minutes collecting clothes to try on, when I reached the fitting room finally I was told they were to be closed to 1 hour while the lady went on break, the other fitting rooms on other levels were also closed, I’m travelling and don’t have time to wait around for an hour. Management was an absolute shambles and the lady wouldn’t have even let me leave my clothes on the rack for an hour even if I wanted to come back. The shop just lost around £200 today,

   This store needs to put tills back in ground floor, have more staff on the tills…. Have a separate section just for returns - as they introduced a charge for postal returns and their sizing is inaccurate, so of course you’re going to have tons of returns. So introduce an actual return section if you want people to return things to store!!! Remove the rubbish self check out tills and put the lazy staff walking around the store carelessly, on the tills!!! The queue system is ridiculous!! 1 person working on tills for 30 people queuing!

   My friend was not feeling well and fainted in the store and the staff were so helpful. Specifically Jameel, Selena and Maria who work in H&M. They were kind and thoughtful, keeping her company and ensuring that she was safe. You have a wonderful team that are doing a great job! Also the bentall centre staff Chelsea and Jordan were incredibly helpful. She is doing much better now and we appreciate all of the assistance.
