   Come here regularly and usually have a lovely time. However on our recent visit one staff member was rude from the start. We received attitude when asking simple questions about the food and rude comments were made towards our table when the food was brought over etc. Eventually our table was even blocked from ordering anything. We had been sitting quietly not bothering anyone so I really do not understand why this happened. We left feeling like we had been targeted by the staff. My group are always very polite and respectful so I am shocked at the behaviour we received.

   We were quite disappointed with the service during our recent visit. We ordered a vegetarian breakfast and simply asked if we could make a small change before paying. The staff member we spoke to was quite dismissive and unnecessarily rude in their response. We understand that there may be policies in place, but the way it was communicated felt unprofessional. A polite explanation would have been enough there’s no need for rudeness when dealing with customers. To make things worse, we had to clean our own table before sitting down, as it hadn’t been cleared. It looked like they were short-staffed, which didn’t help the overall experience. All in all, the service felt rushed and unfriendly, and we didn’t feel very welcome. Hopefully, staff are reminded that good customer service includes treating people with basic respect.

   I went in here yesterday for breakfast. I got sausage egg muffin. Unlimited coffee. Staff were lovely and friendly. I enjoyed it that much I got another muffin. Each costing less than 3 pounds. Will definitely be back. I totally recco this place

   John is an enthusiastic member of the team. I enjoyed a very good real ale with a sample before I bought it. At £2.15, I found this great value for money. Very clean inside and an interesting array of pictures related to the history of the locality

   So my free refillable tea/coffee was very reasonable and very nice latte! I saw the picture of the muffin and I even prepared the napkins for the beautiful juicy egg mess that was undoubtedly gonna happen . . . But my egg was rock hard, and even had a bit of shell :-( so even at the good price and did granted taste very good it's not quite the juicy egg pictured that I wanted.

   Enjoyed my veggie breakfast this morning, instead of tomatoes I had an extra piece of toast, like the the fact they were totally flexible and said I could change any item with another so long it was on that particular meal. Very reasonable priced at just £4.50. Like the fact that tea or coffee is only £1,20 and you can have as many refills as you like, also you can do some shopping and come back say an hour latter and continue having free refills. I had Tea, Latte then finished off with a double decaf expresso. Nice outside seating area where you can watch the world go by. Plenty of indoor seats and it wasn't too overcrowded when I was their at 11.15am, Tuesday. There's plenty of parking available, I use the shoppers carpark which gives you free parking for up to 3 hours.
