   Visited the store in Reigate today, the lady couldn’t have been more lovely. Welcoming, helpful and had a good sense of humour. Definitely worth the drive for great customer service

   When I read the other reviews about poor customer service I thought it couldn’t be as bad as that. I was wrong! The staff were not interested in us at all. Even when my wife said hello they completely ignored her. They were sitting on the floor of the shop with products spread all over the floor just chatting between themselves. Then they got up and went to the till and just left all the stuff spread all over the floor. My wife then nearly slipped over on a pen one of them had left on the floor. No apologies and not even an attempt to pick up the pen. It was so bad it actually made us laugh but this is definitely not the way to treat customers, or the store you work in, or the products you are selling. Poor performance Betty!!!

   Second time I’ve visited Reigate SB shop and throught the first was just an off day. Customer service and overall morale of this shop needs improving, staff having ‘social time’ and personal conversations in the middle of the shop is very off putting, focus not on customers and staff only being nice to keep their jobs it seems. Furthermore the shop is looking rundown and needs some TLC

   Whilst the store is beautifully laid out, I left feeling quite upset. I found the employees to be quite rude, and not bothered whether I needed help or not. To me, it felt like I had this sort of response because I'm not a skinny, typical SB customer. If I was then perhaps they'd have wanted to help me or have been friendlier. I still bought my item though.

   Although when I went to pay, the staff were pleasant enough, the rest of the time they just chatted together and never asked if I would like some help.

   The staff here are wonderful and really make for an enjoyable retail experience. Helpful but not pushy, knowledgeable about the products and go out of their way to make sure you're in receipt of top service! The clothes and items themselves are brilliant quality. Worth the price tag as they wash and wear extremely well. Also the free classes and support of other local businesses must be mentioned! It really does make Sweaty Betty a stand out retailer!
