   Lovely hotel, nice decor but not enough staff. Had to wait ages to get served at the bar and also to get seated for breakfast. Woman in charge was delightful but nevertheless, more staff needed to make flow quicker.

   Went for a cream tea on Valentine's day, it was absolutely delicious with a very nice balance of savoury and sweet. The prosecco was also lovely and not any old cheap rubbish. The welcome was warm and the building is impessive and very wheelchair friendly. Well done!

   We stayed at The Clayton Hotel Birmingham for 2 nights it was so friendly, clean and felt very comfortable Staff top notch. Cannot praise them enough . The food that we had was beautiful salmon mmmmm. Will be going there again . Thankyou.
