   A lovely Costa with great service. Great changing facilities for the baby and was offered help by the staff. Very nice drink and as made and was offered to claim my free birthday treat even though I didn’t ask for it initially. Staff served was on 9 September 2025

   Always very busy with very little staff on. Dirty pots on every surface. Staff are disinterested. Certainly don’t engage with customers. Prime position within walking distance of a couple of other coffee establishments. Seating is filthy, windows are filthy. It has the appearance of a very unloved business. I personally would choose one of the other coffee establishments whilst visiting the springs. It’s a real shame because Costs offer some great deals over the others. Coffee is pretty good for a chain too.

   Wouldn't bother wasting your time! Store closes when they feel, cancel click and collect orders just before collection even when open. I ordered 2 drinks on app at 18:52 for take away order with a 6-8min collection time order was accepted. Which said online they open until 8pm last order 19:45. I arrived at 7pm to be told we're closed I said I placed order on the app have they been made? Cashier just said nothing on my system I checked app they had just cancelled the order. Guess they couldn't be bothered. Customer service offer no explanation to why order was cancelled without reason they offered me only 1 replacement drink not worth the fuel and still would have to buy the 2nd waste of time.

   I was charged for 2 drinks and then 2 beans were taken off so I ended up paying for 2 drinks and down 2 beans because the store manager has no idea what he’s doing. Manager is rude, and did not understand. Receipt shoved in my face and would not listen to what I was saying. Ended up getting a refund for my order and he gave me more money than he should have, so also does not understand how to use the system. Thanks for the extra money but I’m now down 2 beans, thanks. Never have I received customer service like that, I have been a branch manager at JD Sports for 10 years, and I would never shove a receipt in a customers face. Training needs urgent attention.

   Absolutely disgusting store. Every single table covered in filth. The floors are horrific. The glass is horrific. Barely anyone here so too busy isn't an excuse.
