The cafe was clean and staff were clearing and wiping tables as customers left. The food was nice and hot and staff that delivered it were nice and friendly and polite
Hunslet Morrison’s. Well it’s good value for money we had breakfast here , it was ok nothing sparkling it took quite a while to arrive , mine I nearly sent it back it was boarding on Luke warm. The staff allocated in this workstation seem a bit dysfunctional.

I ordered a quarter pounder burger. It was a busy time so I waited for my order 25 minutes, which is understandable. Chips and coleslaw were great, but the sandwich itself was disgusting. Patty was dry and very thin and there was no sauce at all. When I told it to the staff member, they told me that they can only replace it and make me wait another 10-25 minutes or just refund it leaving me with wasted time and hungry. I’m disappointed, because I understand that it can be busy and it’s difficult to maintain time standards, but when food is terrible, I think it’s unacceptable. I could go to the closest McDonalds and get food better quality, cheaper and faster (including travel time). Update. After an hour wait I got burger with proper patty, but with no sauce. When I was ordering using a kiosk, it said that it comes with sauce (like at any other place). But actually it does not, and I’ve told only after I got my sandwich. By the end, staff members were nice, I’ve got a refund. I’ve spent 1 hour and have not got what I ordered
Ordered 2 small breakfasts this morning and asked if I could swap bacon for a sausage on one. Was told they couldn’t make any changes. Both meals were stone cold. Beans were like bullets and grilled tomato wasn’t grilled. Also ordered coffees which were also cold and tasted awful. When I mentioned this to lovely man rushing around serving everyone and clearing tables all by himself, he apologised and said the beans were heated by a steamer. Definitely not using cafe again unless they employ more staff and serve hot food! It used to be half decent a few years back although it’s really gone downhill now
Depends what you are taking so food can be differently. I prefer to take English breakfast which is more tastiest than anything else in here. Prices is quite ok especially when they do a discount on some specific days.
Angry staff who talk down at you for getting wrong cup size. Over 6 pound for a breakfast that dosnt come with a brew and when it came it was basicly burnt to a point of non enable and didn't come with sausage. Even cracked a tooth trying to eat the bits that looked edible. Never again
Not a great place cold food nasty food and awfull consumer service rude staff obv short staffed as the old man that collect dirty plates from tables is the same guy that bring food to table if it was me I'd wear gloves to collect dirty plates no glove to serve ovs there cross contamination safety precautions have been forgotten as cross contamination must be high Gal that served me was abrupt and sharp I had to wait at till for 3 min till she came out of hiding from kitchen C's is awful in and it has no comfort I'm sure that designed to let u eat and get u out so others can sit an eat but it's never really bussy breaky is cooked and left to stand before they serve it order a breaky and see if I'm right
