   Shocking, stay clear of this place. Staff (apart from 1 see below ) did not have a clue, my order was straight forward a lunchtime special 2 hot sandwich and 2 portion of chips , a tea and a coffee but you would of thought it was a 17 seater banquet. Whilst at the counter paying a lady said can I have my money back please I've been waiting ONE hour for food, it took them an extra 15 minutes to refund her. My sandwiches where placed in the machine and then transferred to the prep area where they stayed for 10 minutes whilst we waited for chips to cook, it was lunchtime and they should of been ready the same time as the hot sandwiches. Watching the staff they were just doing one job at a time, one placed a slice of toast in the toaster and watched it, couldnt compute in her head to multi task as get beans ready or make a tea or coffee, really not efficient at all, at one point the lady serving placed three meals on top of the hot area and walked off behind the scenes leaving the food , I think she had popped to the toilet as she was a couple of minutes she came back out to pass out the food. Both our hot sandwiches were soggy as they had been stood after cooking, chips where hot though, tea was like dishwater and the black coffee had a scum over the top and was left. There is a positive though and that was a worker called Stacy, she was working her socks off, rushing around cleaning tables, clearing away, serving and sorting things out, all the other staff members need to be like Stacey or at least take a look at themselves and get into a gear going forwards instead of reverse. If she isn't a manager she should be or at least give her a pay rise because all the others can learn customer service from her. well done Stacey. Asda - sort it out. I've never eaten in there before and I honestly don't think I will be rushing back.

   We may have been lucky I don’t know but 3 of us had breakfast this morning. It was hot and fresh and the man serving was absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful. Everywhere looked clean and tidy. Thank you. 1000% times better than Pudsey!!

   Really bad experience, a full breakfast something, with chips, burn sausages, really disgusting experience. Don't back anymore. The man attending the till has a good service but The waitress served the plate in very rude way , as a cowboy movie, looks as this team are really stressed. Update, just tried the coffee and is the worst quality. Please Asda improve their service.

   Food was cold and overcooked. The lady serving wasn't very helpful or friendly. Every table was a mess and there was food and litter on the floor. The cafe was empty and unappealing.
