   Came this morning for for a coffee and chocolate twist and was exceptional service checking allergens for me and being very friendly and kind. When I got to work I realised I must have been given someone else's coffee. Didn't call or anything as accidents happen. Anyway by chance I ended up going back for a late lunch later in the day and mentioned my coffee in the morning and the lovely staff remembered me and gave me my tea for free. Excellent service and super friendly staff. I only left a bad review at a London costa couple of weeks ago for mega contrast in customer care. Maybe the London staff could come to this store for some training ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

   absolutely appalling service was not impressed specifically by one member off staff who was wearing jeans and had a side pony and crusty makeup she was rude to me as a pakistani individual pulling me dirty looks and overall huffing and puffing at me, and treated everyone else okay, this made me feel discriminated against and uncomfortable this caused a major effect to my mental health. pulled me a dirty look when i took my food item to the till and asked if it was halal

   Popped into Costa on our way back from work. Received great customer service from Mickey, who even suggested a pup cup for my little mate in the van. (I didn’t even know Costa sold cream cups for dogs!) I would highly recommend as the customer service was excellent! My little mate loved the cup of cream! Customer Service 10/10 Communication 10/10

   There appeared to be a shortage of staff as all the tables were left uncleared. This is unavoidable however the cakes were covered in small flies, the service counter was covered in spilt drinks and the floor had empty wrappers everywhere. When I informed the assistant of the flies her response was” she was aware”. The order was wrong and we managed to correct it before the drinks were actually made but the assistant wasn’t apologetic more agitated that it had been pointed out. Having to go back to the counter for straws and napkins( which should have been given in the first place) the assistant wasn’t apologetic but quite abrupt and I was obviously inconveniencing her.

   In the drive through an employee poured drink over my mother who was driving. We asked for napkins twice and was ignored, item missed from order. Manager inside was lovely who offered to replace the drink that was spilt, unlike the person at the window who just shut the window in our faces. Manager offered refunds and offered to help clean the car, very kind and friendly person. Unfortunately rude staff apart from manager, won’t be returning any time soon. I’m appalled at the way my mother was spoken to.

   The drinks are exceptional, and the cakes are lovely. However, our vists have been marred by the lack of cleanliness. One visit saw a number of customers in the shop but there were 4 members of staff standing doing nothing. The table we sat at was dirty with half eaten sausage on it and a lot of crumbs. We looked for another table but saw that the other empty ones seemed similar in untidiness. Only the the person serving seems to greet you, (very friendly) but any of the other 3, 4 or 5 members of staff look at yo bt do not acknowledge with a smile, nod, hello or anything. So, generally, they are all lovely young people but only for the one customer at a time. We called in very early morning 8:05am after an hospital drop off and the tables and floors looked like it had been a busy day already with the amount of dirty tables. Crumbs, cup marks, and food on the floor. A gentleman came in, and he walked around 5 tables before he found a table he could sit at. He chose that one because a couple had just left and stacked their own things up and tidied their table. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and the food and drinks are delicious they just need to clean up.

   Handy café to go to for meeting friends. Near the skills college, and on a main road. Good position for catching passing customers. Staff were polite and helpful, and everywhere was clean and tidy.

   Absolutely awful service, rude staff, quiet in store however store an absolute shambles. When asked to correct the order (checked receipt and showed her) server rolled her eyes, tutted, threw half of my drink in and over the sink added the cream and flake that had been asked for and paid for and then glared at me, few seconds later snapped there it's done, Absolutely shocked at the behaviour. Also saw same employee on mobile while trying to make drinks. Floor and surfaces in the preparation area absolutely filthy, most tables had dirty trays and cups on. I accept they have a drive through but in the duration of my visit I saw a handful of cars go through, there was 6 tables of customers, 4 staff members. I am a loyal costa customer, however I will not be using this store again which is a shame as its a new store in a good location.
