My friends and I had the "Afternoon Tea" which is a real treat! You get plenty of choice of both sweet and savory items. There is no "on site" parking but there are plenty of paid carparks close by. Unfortunately it isn't really suitable for wheelchairs as there is only a small amount of space downstairs. There is a lot of space upstairs but the stairs are steep and twisted and there is no lift.

My wife and I called in today (while visiting Doncaster), a spur of the moment decision, and ordered the small breakfast each. The poached eggs (choice of fried, poached or scrambled) were done to perfection, the toasted bread (which came with real butter pats) was a high end product, as were the sausages - A good sausage, makes a breakfast! IMHO. My coffee (cappuccino) was excellent and, came with a small biscuit, as did my wife's tea. A very good experience with attentive staff (Jazzlets) and excellent fare at reasonable prices. I'll be trying the Scottish and Irish breakfasts at any future visits. Is there such a thing as a Welsh breakfast? If so, let them know. I'm sure they'd add it to their menu.

Ended up here on a day out to Doncaster and was really impressed with how delicious the food was, the portions were big too definitely great value for money. The servers were very attentive. Lovely place

Had a work’s ‘do’ here on 21st September. It was at short notice but, they went out of their way to accommodate us. Afternoon tea for 22 of us. The food was beautifully presented and very tasty. There was a great selection of food and endless amounts of tea and coffee. It was also very reasonably priced. They really put on a good spread - the service was good too. I’d recommend. Thank you, Jazz cafe.

You were wonderful! Xx

Beautiful little cafe playing lovely jazz music. The food is phenomenal, by far the best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had. Highly recommend

After visiting the cafe once before we left with a great experience but not so for our second time there. We had a ceremony to attended and thought it would be lovely to have a late breakfast to celebrate and so we went to the jazz cafe to do this. It started with not much of a problem we sat down decided what to eat and waited for the waitress to take our order. The other tables had dirty dishes on and they cleaned them off while spraying the tables the wind was blowing and the spray ended up on us. When we received our drinks the normal tea and decaf tea came out without anyone telling us which one was which. Then the eggs Benedict came out without the eggs!! That went back to be brought out again looking more like it but was a messed up presentation. The other breakfast was brought out with fried eggs instead of poached and the bacon was Barely cooked which was unsuitable to eat. While we wanted to speak to the manager a less impressed waitress said the manager was there and pointed to him. I know that he was an acting manager who informed us the owner only works on Wednesday He was able to not charge for the meal which was a nice Gesture. I would not normally be like this but when you pay for a meal you at least want something you can enjoy without feeling hungry afterwards due to non eating unhealthy uncooked food. I won’t visit again sorry.

Had lunch after our train arrival from our London stay to visit our daughter and son-in-law in the Yorkshire area. A few days later, we had breakfast before heading back to London Heathrow. Staff treated us like royalty. Great food with a very relaxing atmosphere. Gotta-go-to place!

Lovely place inside, nice and quirky. Was shown to a seat quickly despite being a busy Saturday lunchtime. Food was nice, and price was very reasonable. Staff were friendly. Would definitely visit again
