Rhythian was so attentive and lovely. She provided very good service with a smile. Brian and Milo in the kitchen produced wonderful well presented food and very generous portions too. Great value 3 course for £32 per head. Thank you

Went for a Christmas meal with my wife! Starters were baked camembert and the parsnip soup. Mains were turkey dinner and duo of pork. We both had the chocolate torte with blackcurrant sorbet for dessert. It was all delicious, and just the right amount of food! Left feeling very full but not bloated haha! And it was very speedy! We were actually in an out in just an hour - probably helped by the fact that we'd ordered ahead. Our server Rhythian was fantastic! I had made a real pigs-ear of the booking (tried to rearrange and accidentally ended up with two different bookings). Rhythian was really helpful over email, fixing it all for me, but also great on the day, checking we had everything we needed and that the food was ok! Apparently the chefs on duty were Bran and Izzy, and they absolutely smashed it! Thank you!

I love the Prawns and Chorizo as an entree. For me it's a treat. The atmosphere is congenial. My waitresses name was Rhjthian who was fabulous and very attentive. The chef who made my delicious meal was called Milo. A shout out to the bar staff who were the best. Back again, one of my favourite places. Mark was a great waiter. Superb.

A nice pub that even offers dog food, options for those who want to play board games, comfortable couches, and stands. Very beautiful atmosphere, combining everything and suiting different moods.

The Junction: A Mixed Bag of Experiences The Junction certainly benefits from a good location, making it easily accessible. We popped in expecting a relaxed meal, and the food itself was nice – flavorful and seemingly fresh. The service was generally not bad, with staff being polite and attentive when they were around. However, our experience took a bit of a turn when our order arrived. We had specifically ordered a chicken burger, but were initially presented with a chicken salad. Mistakes happen, and we appreciated the swift action to rectify it. Unfortunately, our replacement burger arrived with what appeared to be the exact same chicken that was on the salad. This was quite disappointing and made us question the attention to detail in the kitchen. Adding to the frustration was the surprisingly long wait for our food, especially considering the restaurant didn't seem particularly busy at the time. This delay took away from the overall enjoyment of our visit. On a positive note, for those driving, the free on-street parking on Sundays is definitely a bonus. Overall: The Junction has potential with its convenient location and tasty food. However, the significant error with our order and the slow service, even when not crowded, left us feeling underwhelmed. While the free parking on Sundays is a plus, some improvements in order accuracy and kitchen efficiency would greatly enhance the dining experience here.

I love the Junction- great pub, lovely beers but this is the third time I’ve eaten here and it’s difficult to get to the positives. I have sent back food on each visit and tried my best to get information from waiting staff but with no luck. My family have given allergy info and still received food with the allergic content still in there. When beer ran out (last keg )I was asked if I just want a 3/4 of a pint that topped up with lemonade ?? Really odd vibes for a pub with such great pottential…. Staff seemed really unmotivated … my biggest concern was the allergy info which was communicated and checked with staff in person twice before they left us only to find it ignored - table 25 - 17:17

Excellent service, the staff are always welcoming and the manager Helen, is always happy and extremely pleasant. First class service, the food is excellent and always nice and always prompt. Helen the manager , always gives an excellent service and always knows what my drink is and when I want food. All the staff are friendly and Helen will support her new staff. Can recommend the place, anytime of the day. The presentation of the food is excellent . I can not recommend them anymore, I can just advise that you visit and see for yourself.

Nice place, nice pork rind! UPDATE: Been to this pub a few times now and have to up my rating to 5 stars. The service and ales are great. But what's special about this venue...? The Scotch Eggs! Amazing!! Check out the photos, speak for themselves. Get yourself down there!
