   Absolutely amazing service! My girl bought bubble tea for the first time. She wasn’t sure if she would like the topping, as she’s quite fussy about some food textures. She had strawberry, but she couldn’t eat it at all. We asked to have it removed, and the gentleman did it without any problem. Absolutely recommended!

   Worst service and bubble tea tastes bad. The blonde lady who was claiming to be store manager was really rude. wouldnt give her name when asked. According to past reviews her name is rachel but she refused to tell me her name, spoke in a loud and very rude tone. Would not go back just for this very reason.

   I buy bubble tea from here all the time as theirs is the best from all the places I have tried. Yesterday, they were giving out free drinks due to National Bubble Tea Day ( I didn't even know that was a thing), we popped down to get one and have to say how well organised it was and how friendly and efficient the staff were even though they had a constant line of customers. The staff are so lovely that two of the staff members even stopped to help a young boy who they noticed had sat down on the floor and was not looking to well. Such a kind thing to do. Keep it up team x

   Amazing drinks, not just your standard crushed iced drink these have depth and flavour. I definitely recommend opting for the bubbles. They really had a great twist to the drink. I personally went for the mango with raspberry bubbles & cannot fault it. In my opinion they are just a little bit overpriced but definitely worth it for a treat

   I visit another bubble CiTea and was not impressed with the quality of service from the team. But despite how busy this small little kiosk seemed to be, everyone working was so friendly and really helpful with helping me decide what to drink, despite the massive queue. A much better, friendlier experience this time. Well done to the team, working in such a small space they seem to work great. I hope the other stores I’ve visited can take notice.

   Love ❤️ getting Bubble tea is my after shopping treat. Staff are friendly and efficient and do not let the queue put you off as you soon get served. Definitely would recommend Mango with mango bubbles.
