Embedded into Primark. Flat access of Trinity Precinct. Lift to other floors. Very good value.

I don’t normally write reviews but there was a member of staff named PAUL who was very unprofessional and rude, normally I’d excuse this behaviour but today was the second time me and my friend experienced this. He used no manners whatsoever when i myself was being very polite but didn’t receive even a please or thank you, he just said the price of the drink, that itself being in a size large which i did not ask for so I had to correct him. No apology just silence and said “3.55” after i tapped my card didn’t receive a thank you as any normal person in hospitality would. I myself have worked at a till with customers and its standard procedure to be polite and not rude the way we were treated today. On a previous occasion, we purchased something from the cafe to sit down and eat and had a drink from before in our hands that we bought from a different shop, he very rudely said to us that we can’t drink that here since we didn’t purchase it from their cafe. I explained that we purchased something else from your cafe that’s why we are sat down eating that with our own drink and he said we are not allowed to sip the other drink but we can have it on the table which i found very weird, so we just left them on the table but I find the rule of being able to have a drink on the table of a coffee shop and not being able to sip it very bizzare. I find it shocking how you allow employees like Paul to work there, some training on customer service is needed for himself.

Lovely staff, comfy seating, nice choice of cakes and buns. I had a caramel ice top coffee which was great, better than some of the main high street coffee shops

This gorgeous, friendly little cafe is our 'go-to' meet up place any given Monday lunchtime for me and my girl friends. A number of ex-work colleagues regularly join us too. Even before the craziness of the current situation, the conscientious staff went above and beyond to make sure all furniture and floors are clean, tables are cleared and their clients are comfortable. It's a shame to have to post this review because once everyone finds this little gem of a cafe (with super cakes, buns and other goodies) we will likely find it hard to hold onto our regular spot tucked away in the corner! Well done chaps

By far the BEST made coconut cappuccino in Leeds , its difficult to get the coconut milk to froth and nowhere else I've been in Leeds... Or anywhere else actually can do it like George , I've had coffee absolutely everywhere as a world traveller and I always prefer to go to primark and have George make mine. Never disappoints. Can't wait till its open again. The cakes are soooo nice too
