   So where do i begin, well with a thank you to Kim and all her staff. I had an accident just down the road from Caffe Nero Sovereign Square, my first instinct was to nip in for some ice. Kim was so caring and accommodating, herself and her staff show real concern for the general public, she got me the ice i needed for my injury and sat me outside in the fresh air, she proceeded to check on my welfare every so often which i found so comforting as i was on my own. The staff at this location show immense initiative and really uphold Caffe Nero’s corporate social responsibilities. I would like to thank you all again in my time of need.

   Caffe Nero is hands down one of the better places to go for a coffee. Theyre always friendly in any of the stores. Food wise they lack a little. But enough to get you by. And the drinks are well made and it's not just a glorified button presser, like at other places. The baristas are skilled at making a coffee

   First time coming here today, we had vegan raspberry croissants, a peppermint tea and a black americano. Everything was lovely. It's great to have some vegan bakery options and plenty of drinks on the menu that can be made vegan. I can't wait to try a pistachio latte next time! Would recommend if you're in Leeds and you want a nice coffee. Also the seats are comfy, the staff are friendly and the toilets are clean.

   Absolutely love Caffè Nero, the best cafe in the uk. This is my favourite Neros to visit when in Leeds. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and make my coffee just how I like it. The store is always clean and it has a large range of comfortable seating so I can relax while enjoying a delicious coffee.

   Usually call in here for the free O2 coffee offer. Always get prompt service in this branch opposed to the other ones in Leeds (partly due to its location to be perfectly honest) Staff are friendly and helpful. Cannot fault the place!

   This is one of our favourite branches in Leeds City Centre. Comfy seats and lovely staff. It is not always busy, so perfect for those looking for a place to read and have conversations with friends. Not too far from the train station either. Drinks are carefully prepared by the baristas.

   This particular branch is lovely and quiet most of the time; I find it to be a hidden little hub of calm in the city centre. They stock the regular menu including seasonal and limited time drinks. They also offer food and cold drinks. As this branch usually caters for businessmen, it's often very quiet outside of weekday lunchtimes, and as a result I've never had a problem getting a table. I've also always found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful.
