Returned 3x items from online order. After a week received an acknowledgement that 1/3 items received and refund in process? Where on earth are the other 2 item? There is either theft at the store or at the warehouse as 3 dresses were all packed in one bag ehen returned to store. No customer service contact number all i can do now is send a message to a robot that send me an auto standing response. How will I get the refund for tge 2/3 items???!!

Went to get a refund on a purchase, was told I need to get the digital receipt - no problem.
As I'm trying to locate the receipt, I have no phone reception in the shop, the lady serving me asked her colleague who I believe was called Harrison if he could serve the one person behind me as I was trying to locate my receipt and his response was "that's always the way"
Save that kind of chat to the staff room, not out on the shop floor.
I love the fact when I called him out on it, he denied it.
Perhaps he needs a job working from home with no customer facing responsibilities

Changing rooms are dusty and unclean. It's no good ensuring the shop front is clean, ensure the changing rooms are clean and tidy. I certainly had to struggle to ensure my clothes did not touch the dusty floor. I think stores need to go back to ensuring the changing rooms are just as attractive as the rest of the shop.

Very bad customer service. The first time I went to collect my online order in Bromley. There were a group of staff members chatting. When I approached till and waiting patiently. I was then pointed to the till by one of the group members to another staff who was already serving a customer, saying she will serve you and carried on chatting with her colleagues. More happened but since customer service emailed me for a review I won't go into much details.
I ordered a few more items online a few days later and chose Bromley again for Collections just to give them the benefit of the doubt because all human beings have bad days. Well so I thought.
Oh it got worst. Collected my order, used fitting room and tried to return a few items, I was told by the staff member (who was just staring at me, like I was speaking a foreign language and she did not smile) that returns are not done in store. So I asked her can I speak with the manager, another staff near by came over and said that she is the supervisor and repeated to me several times what her colleague said to me. I am in the store but she is telling me to go home to do my returns online. So I then asked her to explain to me why I returned items on my last visit to store and now she is saying they don't do online returns. Using the Glade wi-fi on my phone I did my returns right in front of her, got the bar code to do my returns.
Bromley "New Look" staff needs training for customer service. Its like they don't want to be there and don't want to help you at all. Their attitude is really bad. I have been to so many of the New Look stores in London, Bromley by far has the worst customer service issues ever. Never going back to that store again

The new look over here got some nice clothes, I always like going to the one in bromley because they have good clothes and good staff. The fitting room is not cleaned properly and they don’t have petite in the shop so u probably have to order online. you see how dirty the mirror is ? Well sometimes there are no staff in the fitting room. I love new look because of the affordable good quality clothes and the student discount which is amazing.
