   We booked Tiger Tavern Pub Bar & Grill for a birthday party and were really unhappy with how we were treated. In our personal experience, the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. He claimed the payment was short even though we provided the correct amount, and we ended up being charged an extra £200. It also felt like he had no manners when speaking to customers — especially during what was supposed to be a happy celebration. We left feeling frustrated and very disappointed. Definitely not the level of customer service we expected.

   Terrible experience! We booked this hall for a reception party, and it turned into a complete disaster because of the owner’s behavior. He was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional the entire evening. To make things worse, he was drunk and openly arguing with guests instead of managing the event properly. His attitude ruined what was supposed to be a joyful and memorable night. It’s shocking that someone running an event venue would behave this way. I would never recommend this place to anyone — if you care about your guests and your special occasion, stay far away from this hall

   I had my wedding reception at Tiger Tavern last night and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I could ever imagine. The owner was extremely rude aggressive and completely unprofessional. During the event one of our guests accidentally opened the fire exit door we genuinely didn’t know it wasn’t allowed but instead of calmly explaining the situation the owner started shouting swearing and using harsh language in front of everyone. He even told the DJ to stop the music and ordered everyone to leave right in the middle of our reception. This was supposed to be one of the happiest nights of our lives but he completely ruined it with his behavior. owner was drunk during working hours it was unprofessional What made things worse was that he even started arguing and trying to fight with some of our guests acting in a threatening and confrontational manner. That’s absolutely unacceptable especially in a setting where families and children were present. His attitude created a very uncomfortable and tense atmosphere for everyone. The service was also extremely poor. The appetizers took forever to arrive and even after several reminders our guests were left waiting hungry for a long time. When the food finally came the owner decided to take away some of the dishes without any explanation. Drinks weren’t topped up and the service staff barely paid attention to the tables. Despite all this he still charged us extra which felt like a complete insult given how badly we were treated. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism and disrespect from a business owner in my life. Our entire wedding reception was spoiled because of his unacceptable attitude and behavior. I would strongly advise everyone to stay far away from Tiger Tavern especially if you are planning an event or any kind of celebration. It is absolutely not worth the stress disrespect and embarrassment we had to go through.

   I had a party event here and i cannot explain enough how amazing the whole experience was. ALL The guests thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The owner was there to help every step of the way and definitely went the extra mile. Amazing experience, will definitely be hosting more events here. Great service, food and atmosphere.

   Came here Thursday night with my family for a meal. When we arrived, the lounge was empty and there were a few people in the bar area. It was also quite cold in there. We got a table and bought drinks. Ordered food at the hatch and a few more people had arrived by this time. Service was excellent. Quick and friendly. Food was amazing. We ordered: Poppadoms Kids burger and chips 1 x chicken and mushroom balti (medium) 1 x jalfrezi (medium) 1 x mixed wrap (extra hot) 1 x garlic naan 2 x fries 1 x boiled rice The jalfrezi and balti were the perfect heat level. My only feedback would be that the place looks quite tired and needs some decorating as it doesn't look very inviting on arrival.

   The food was the best I've had in a very long time, a must try, beer was real nice and a good price, the staff and owners where real friendly and accommodating nothing to much trouble, you must go and try the food you won't be disappointed, kids are welcome, sky sports tv, you have to register your registration number inside for free parking,

   I used to have the odd pint here when I was 20 to 30ish. Then mostly used by those with pigeon's popular pastime in the black country. And the local community of the glebefeilds estate and surrounding areas. They have live music probely on Saturday night and a decent lounge.

   Since the pub has been under new management, it has greatly improved, excellent food and Calvery on Sundays. Live music most Saturdays with great atmosphere and friendly people. My friends and I often visit the pub. Resonable prices as well
