   Their matcha is getting sloppy as it’s not prepared fresh, there is a green sediment at the bottom. However, can rely on Nero’s as a student for a quick drink at the library.

   I've been there a few times and asked for a large soya latte. Every time they gave me an almost empty cup. Most of the content of my latte is just foam. Btw, the most expensive foam that I've paid for. I believe the staff should be trained to understand the differences between lattes and cappuccinos and use the adequate proportions of milk/coffee.

   I used to LOVE this Cafe Nero!! I still love it’s atmosphere however there seems to be a new member so staff here with Blue Hair who is so rude to customers. It seriously puts me off. Needs some customer service training- a smile goes a long way

   It is located inside of the Laidlaw library - a brilliant location! It is not very big but it is very cosy. There are always students or other people talking or working on their laptop so when you are there the atmosphere is really good. The staff there are super nice and friendly. Amazing barista. There is a corner where you can sit and look at the street outside. I really like the seat. Very convenient for students.
