Coffee is of good quality, but staff has very minimal sense of customer service. Due to the lid not being properly closed the drink spilled all over me. I was calm and didn't respond to it just asked for them to make me another coffee later to be asked to pay for it. Is it or not their legal duty, I haven't seen a place that doesn't offer to make another coffee if it spills or doesn't taste right. Good to grab coffee in between lectures, but there are plenty of places on campus like Hugo van or Pickard's with very nice coffee, staff and snacks.
