   I have got cappuccino and chocolate chip brownie before, they were so good. So this time, when I got my birthday reward I thought of coming here to redeem the voucher. I'm happy with hot mocha. Unfortunately, for the sweet treat I chose a triple chocolate muffin. The toppings looked so great. It was undercooked, the entire muffin, and I could tell apart the ingredients. I just had the chocolates on top alone, had to throw out the entire muffin. What a great way to ruin a birthday. I never thought I would complain but... Reminder to self, never redeem a bday voucher on bday. The service, the people serving, and the atmosphere is great though. Perfect for a coffee meeting with someone or just working in a cafe.

   Unfortunately half of the staff are poorly trained, re-using milk jugs without rinsing, clearly using the wrong grind setting for the beans. Shame because when made properly the coffee tastes good.

   I prefer buy the drinks at 1915 rather than Cafe Nero at the Library. The baristas here are more professional. The hot chocolate is tastier.

   I like the drinks and the comfortable ambience of the place. The staff is polite and welcoming. I am giving it 3 stars and writing a review/complain because they close up before the time they have mentioned online. It says this place closes at 4 PM but at the time of writing it is 3:15 PM and they closed the till. This is not ideal for any cafe to close this early.
