    This store is a poor imitation of Hub, which used to operate in Stoke Newington. There are some good brands in here, but what stops it from being good is the terrible customer service. The staff are judgey, competitive and rude. Why should high net worth customers give their money to shop assistants who act like mean girls in a secondary school. Sort the customer service out and you might make enough money to stay open in the long term!

    Advantageous location with an enviable window frontage in the local landmark “Frank Ison Ironmongery” shop. Inconspicuous and understated interior allows the merchandise to posit favourably. Clothing, giftware”lifestyle” and irrelevancies distinguished by a deft touch that manages to nudge rather than dictate with a refreshing restraint. Now this might not sound like much but it worked for me.

    Edited 26 August: I'm pleased to say I've now received a positive response and the issue is resolved. They have also explained why the there was delay, so hopefully this won't be an issue for anyone else. x --------------------------------------------------------- As someone who used to live in Walthamstow, I was very excited to hear about this store, so when I was last in the area, I popped in. The stock and items are beautiful. However, since purchasing an item from them, I've not had a great experience. I contacted them via email to advise an item of clothing was faulty, but as I couldn't get to Walthamstow could they advise how best to arrange a refund or exchange. The communication was great at first. I was told they could arrange for it to be repaired by the brand the product was from or a refund. I requested a refund. I've heard nothing since 16 August. I've chased several times, nothing. I even contacted the brand whose product it is and they advised W Store need to give me a refund. I'm all for supporting independent businesses, but if you don't live locally and have an issue, you may find it easier to go direct to a supplier.
