Worst place to buy clothes and worst returns policy in fashion industry. Avoid buying from new look better to go h&m. I bought clothes and went for a return after 25 days store manager says it's 15 days return policy, you can't get refund. I surprised with that, because we confirmed on the day of buying on till and we are sure she said 28 days return policy, I can prove that if they would have recorded on the till. I even asked them to check CCTV. And then I need to chat, as there is no call centre worst thing ever for such a huge brand not having proper support model, over a chat on of the executive confirmed after 45 mins waiting that you can get refund for 28 days return after that store manager gets refunded. Then, what is wrong if you would have been given a refund rather than wasting my 1 hour. The worst thing is that such a big brand doesn't have a proper support model. There should be negative ratings for new look.

Huge store, large selection of products. Upper floor has lot of discounts. One stop for all kinds of womens products. The quality is not great, i bought a hand bag without any discount, there were nearly 10 pieces of the same kind and each one of them have some minor stiching defect. Checked with the person in the billing and she said nothing can be done from their side. Ended up buying.

I have just left this new look in which I am a regular customer! The security guard there? absolutely abysmal behaviour. We had left with a necklace and a pair of shades in our hands and he had asked for our receipt. It’s a given, I know it’s his job but if he was not sitting on his phone while we were at checkout this could have been avoided. Instead of arguing with him, I had asked him to follow me at checkouts and the sales assistant had told him we had paid. As soon as this was confirmed, he replied back with “Get out of this store”. This is unacceptable as paying customers. Sorry

Shocking service. Was very busy with the post Xmas sale which is to be expected and long wait in the queue wasn’t an issue. Issue were the four people at the till. They really didn’t give a toss. No smile. No eye contact with customers. Taking an eternity to do their jobs. When it finally got to my turn to be served, the cashier spent a full five minutes scanning and bagging my items. I only had five items. The items weren’t folded… just jammed into a small bag that was bulging at the end. There was absolutely no interaction with me throughout. Not a word. Just a miserable young woman who obviously didn’t want to be there. That wasn’t a one off though… during the wait it was pretty much how everyone of them treated the customer and it’s the reason why the wait in the queue was so long. 1* is being generous.
