I’ve always liked Chaiiwala, but this visit was on a completely different level in the worst way possible. The manager on duty was shockingly rude, unapproachable, and downright hostile from the moment I walked in. When I asked a perfectly normal question about my order, the manager snapped back with a tone that made it seem like I was bothering them just by existing. No greeting, no courtesy just pure attitude. They spoke to me like I was somehow a problem instead of a paying customer. The eye-rolling, the raised voice, the dismissive hand gestures everything about their behavior screamed unprofessional. Other customers were looking over because the manager’s attitude was that loud and that unnecessary. I genuinely couldn’t believe this person was the one running the place. A manager is supposed to set an example, but this one was the main source of negativity in the entire shop. I left feeling insulted, embarrassed, and honestly furious that such behavior was coming from someone in charge. If this is the kind of “customer service” management thinks is acceptable, it’s no wonder people are walking out. Chaiiwala really needs to take accountability for who they put in leadership positions. thank you so much for the lovely service “sohail”

Tried this place a few times whilst in Bradford. Good quality pink and karak tea. Big size shop and nice and clean. Good service and nice selection of desserts and offers.

Went yesterday around 1145 or thereabouts. Served by a very friendly and knowledgeable young man. I was with my wife. His service and recommendations were impeccable. He really raised the bar for customer service. We both really enjoyed our experience. A true asset to this Chaiwala. He told me his good name but I have forgotten it. Food was that good I would happily have that for my dinner too. Well done !!! (the doctor guy you spoke to )

A Flavorful Delight! I recently tried the Chicken Tikka Melt Toastie, Samosa Chat, Omelet Wrap, and Tea at CHAIWALA, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! The place and sitting arrangements were next level. Overall Experience The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I highly recommend CHAIWALA LEEDS ROAD for anyone looking for delicious and satisfying food.

I ordered chana and Halwa puri. Unfortunately the puri's were horrible, they tasted like rubber, they were tasteless, just like plain rubber eith no taste. My son said the same thing. Please use a different flour for puri's. The chana and Halwa was fine.

Definitely one of the worst experiences trying to call these guys. They have serious phone issues that don’t bd addressed. I’ve told them over and over and they say nobody else has issues calling them but as you’re waiting for your food because you’ve had to wait because you were unable to place a phone order you’ll hear the girl repeatedly say hello hello on the phone so it’s obviously not just me with the phone issue here. They are always understaffed and when are they seem very flustered when handling more than two or three orders. The omelette wraps are never consistent depending on who made it. I use to enjoy this for breakfast as I passed in the morning but now I don’t bother.

My wife ordered from here recently - I would never tell anyone to order the masala chips. They don't put enough sauce on, and we had not even a single spring onion which is stated on the description of the item. The chips came soggy, very dry, flavourless, cold.. I had cheese added on it also for an extra 50p which isn't even worth it.. thats £4 straight in the bin! Never order the masala chips! I will never order from this restaurant either again, as if this is what one of the items is like, wonder what the rest would be like!

I love the ambience of this place. You just need to go straight to the shop to see how well they have decorated the place and maintaining it. I have been here couple of times one pre-covid happy non-lockdown time and on Jan20th for a takeaway. They have reduced the shop size due to no eat in. But the yellow bulbs are still glowing. I miss the Taj Mahal background on the wall which was there earlier. I had paneer was ok. Karak chai which is great bun omlette with cheese which is fun and couple of rolls which are great too. Just go out for a walk on the Leeds road and finish it off with a karak chai here.

Really nice place always clean, staff are lovely and very helpful. I've lost count of how many times I have been here and I'm sure I'll be going back soon. The food is always on point! Delicious!
