Daniella was the sweetest visa agent I’ve ever had the pleasure of talking to. She made it so so easy for me and helped calm my nerves. (visa appointments can be INTIMIDATING)

Location is easy to find, the security staff was very nice. The process was quick, just have all your documents prepared and in order and you should be done pretty quickly. There is a printer in the office incase you forget to print something, charge is 50p per page.

I have noticed that the website has been down for the past ten days. I've come across numerous negative reviews about this visa centre. Even before beginning any process, witnessing the website being inaccessible raises concerns. I wonder about the countries that place their trust in such agencies like VFS. How will permanent residents in the UK travel for work to Europe if this issue persists? It seems like a crisis. I've had to cancel a trip for myself and my team of 20 people, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and restaurant arrangements. VFS is a waste of time and money and, most importantly, energy :)

⭐ 1 Star Absolutely the worst visa application experience I have ever had. The staff at the Italy Visa Office in London are unprofessional, disorganized, and outright rude to applicants. Instead of assisting people through what is already a stressful process, they seem to go out of their way to make it even more difficult. 1. Harassment & Rudeness – The staff are unhelpful and often hostile. They raise their voices, dismiss valid questions, and treat applicants with little to no respect. Many people, including myself, experienced unnecessary scrutiny and aggressive questioning, even when all documents were perfectly in order. 2. Disorganized & Inefficient – The appointment system is a joke. Long waiting times, chaotic queues, and lack of clear communication make the entire process frustrating. Even with a scheduled appointment, you might end up waiting for hours. 4. Zero Accountability – Trying to get an update on an application is nearly impossible. Emails go unanswered, phone calls are ignored, and if you do manage to reach someone, they either provide vague responses or simply tell you to wait. It is shocking that an official visa center can operate in such an unprofessional manner. If you are applying for an Italy visa, be prepared for an unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant experience. The Italian authorities should seriously reconsider how this office is managed. Avoid this place if you can.

"I recently had an appointment at VFS, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided. The staff were professional, helpful, and ensured that the entire process went smoothly. Their efficient handling and friendly approach made the experience stress-free and pleasant. I highly recommend VFS for their outstanding customer service." Parking is big problem use public transport…☺️

I didn't get positive experience with VFS Italy, but I can not just blame VFS, because Italian embassy has role in this horrible service! I applied for a two entries visa from first of march to first of september, although I had applied from one month before they gave my visa at mid march and just multi visa for one month! who is gonna use multi Schengen visa with one month expiration date more than once? I lost the money I had spent for tickets and hotels! and when I called VFS center to track my application status, they charged me 4 pounds and literally give me no specific answer! I was scamed but by VFS or embassy? I don't know!

Complete disappointment: 1. I had to monitor available slots for several weeks. 2. Having a booked time slot doesn't guarantee you are served on time. I had to wait for 50 minutes more. 3. VFS employee included SMS fee into the pay check without my approval (I noticed it in the receipt after I had already paid). Moreover, I didn't get any SMS from VFS. All communication was done via email. 4. The price for photo service at VFS is ridiculously high (15 pounds). I was forced to do a new photo there because the one that I brought was not good enough for them =( 5. After all those inconveniences I got single entry visa. That was a total fiasco!

VFS IS THE MOST TERRIBLE VISA SERVICE COMPANY IN THE WORLD!! I can’t get an appointment in MONTHS and YEARS!!!! Why do countries let these incompetent organisations deal with their tourists/visitors/family members?? IT’S A SHAME!!!!!!

It was alright to be fair perhaps because I did pay for premium and it only took me 20 minutes to get over with the whole process. I must say there is a queue down at the entrance and the guards; they’re not very friendly. It’s always a rush. Just make sure your documents are sorted and you should be well off. And I must add:- it is very difficult to find an appointment, you have to constantly be checking on their website to even get your hands on one and the website isn’t user friendly either

This place doesn't even deserve one star. To start, please don't book any premium services because none of them are currently available although they keep charging money for them - and the minimum processing time for refunds is 30 (!) working days from your appointment date (!). Absolute fraud. Obviously almost impossible to find a slot unless someone else cancels or unless you use the agency which can charge up to £200 just to book you an appointment. The booking system itself is not user friendly, has numerous bugs and has been like that for years. Not to mention the service is poor, the waiting time is ridiculous, you can wait for 2-3 hours even though you have your appointment slot. Avoid unless absolutely necessary.
