   Came to this shop on Saturday to get my daughter some bangles. The lady was almost begging me to buy it when i wasnt sure if it would fit her. She reassured me i could return it they are here 7 days a week. Then i came today before closing time bcos it was nearly closing time she didnt exchange it. I even told her i ran to the shop. I even dragged my daughter along . She was so rude when i said “fine im never coming here again” she said “fine thats ok”. Terrible customer service

   AVOID BUYING FROM THIS STORE I came to this store to buy a plain white sari for a funeral. When I opened the sari it was filthy, so many stains all over the fabric. When I went back to the store the shop keeper’s behaviour was disgusting. He was aggressive, shouting and trying to intimidate me because I asked for a refund. He became extremely angry when I explained an exchange would not be acceptable as the funeral had already took place the day before. The ethos and values of this shop are disgusting, he said he doesn’t care about the situation we are in and he sold the product and we should have checked throughly before purchasing. The morals of this establishment are inhumane, to not have any flexibility when miss-selling an unusable product and telling us there’s no way of giving a refund, even in a circumstance like this. Families are under immense amount of stress during times like this, and there was no understanding or compassion at all from him. We didn’t get a refund and also let him have the sari, this is about principle and do not want anything from an establishment like this.
