   Review of the Breakfast at Vita Student I’m genuinely impressed with the breakfast provided at Vita Student. Every weekday morning, students can enjoy a generous and varied buffet that includes cereals, sweet and savoury pastries, bagels, waffles, fresh fruits, yoghurt, salads, and a selection of cold meats and cheeses — all completely free of charge between 7am and 10am. It’s the perfect way to start the day: nutritious, well-balanced, and full of options. The quality and consistency of the breakfast really set Vita Student apart from other accommodations.    This place is beyond incredible!! Had an exquisite stay for a year. Staffs were always so nice and helpful. Very convenient for UoM and MMU students and just 10 mins waling distance to downtown!

   Nice student accommodation located on a great location for students of UoM and MMU. Vita student, though more expensive than other places, provide a very convenient and friendly service. Overall, i enjoyed my stay here. The only downside is that there is only a few rooms that are not studios. Studios can be very smelly when cooking.

   I have been here in B10 since 2 years now and it has been an incredible stay. The staff and services are up to the mark especially Hrishikesh, livia, Karan, Josh and Jeanette were above and beyond in all areas they cater. This has been a very positive experience over all and I highly recommend it.

   Terrible aftersale refund, disorganized company Terrible customer engagement team: I paid the full rent on 30th June 2022 by using my parent's credit VISA card. And I submitted my first refund form in September. The refund form said the rent could only be refunded to a debit card, the credit card is not supported, so I uploaded my parent's debit card info. After 1 month, which is 30 days, I sent the email and asked for help. It said it was still in progress. And I was thinking, what if I used my local UK bank card, which may be more efficient, and there's no International check? So I re-submitted my refund with the permission of your customer engagement team. After another 1 month, which is another 30 days. I received the email; I was told that the refund could only be returned to the original payment card. I need to upload the original payment record, my mom's ID….. With a large refund (18k pounds) over two months in arrears and I still haven't received it, I don't think this is a reliable student accommodation, especially for international students. Also, you have to make your own appointment to have the opportunity to call their after sales staff and they can amend your telephone appointment themselves, which means they can always postpone your telephone appointment if they don't want to take your call
