YOU PAY FOR RETURNS. Backpack tiny not as portrayed in photo. Over an hour on webchat and it was appalling they misled me and were rude. Will never buy from them again. Avoid not the company it was gone downhill
It was a great closing down sale, not sure if is still open now however
Staff rude, changing rooms closed, so have to bring back and not get a refund (credit/exchange only) if it doesn't fit.

Expert stone walling by Jack Wills online customer services. No telephone option. Extraordinary how good they are at not being able to keep a conversation going. Each correspondence is like starting from scratch. Avoid this terrible company if you value you time!
lovely clothes but when I was there, the only staff member was on the phone the whole time on the shop floor and had to stop his conversation to run my item through the till. Although I only came for a sweatshirt, it would’ve been nice to feel a bit more welcomed
