   Came to pick up package at 5:45. Waited over 15 mins for package. Lady game me someone else’s package and told me just bring it back if it’s not yours. Told her we should open them to check and she then shouted that they were closing even though it was 6:15 and your hours are until 6:30.

   Nice shop staff are very kind if you need any help i went into next today to have a look at the coats there was a kind member of staff who kindly show me where the coat are. Then when I was on my way out I noticed the traverlater was not working so I went to the left it was my though I did not read the sigh properly I though it said staff only but in the end I saw the person who helped me earlier so I ask her it took a bit to chack up . And she kindly show me where there stare are after I got down the stairs the lady on the till told me that the lift was working. Then this is when I was shock the manager was talking about me to the serctiy gard say a pack of lie that I was following a member of staff around the shop I though I would let you no this is what happened so don't juge people and talk behind there back i could here evrythink what she was saying this was getting onto ner closeing time

   Needs to massively improve in customer service. Had to come 2 x to trying getting shoes as there was nobody to help. No staff in the sales floor. Went to the cashier and stand for 5min trying to get some help and staff didn't even made eye contact. When finally got the shoes there was nobody behind the tills and we were asked to pay in another till where there was only 1 x till open. And it's Sunday and there no prepared.
