Staff always happy and polite. Always clean in store and order is always correct. I enjoy going to this branch. Same can't be said for the thornbury branch.
Honestly the best Starbucks I've ever been too , always so friendly and welcoming, boss put a tip jar in already!
Bright, welcoming store with good layout, plenty of natural light, choice of seating types including wheelchair friendly. Lots of personal touches including a small library and chalk artwork show that the friendly helpful staff care about their store. Good stock of all the Starbucks range of food and drinks - including excellent coffee very well prepared with care. Clean and tidy throughout, including the loos. Plenty of plug sockets and good wi-fi ( Zoom meeting with no problems). Plenty of parking spaces.
10/10 for service with a smile, atmosphere and chilled out ambience. Ordered a Strawberry Açai Refresher, Cappuccino & Caramel Macchiato, drinks were made on point. Also thank you for the whipped cream & drizzle for my little girl with a dusting of cookie crumb, she loved it. I Love the fact you have a private outdoor seating area! You are defo going to be my go to spot for a coffee and chill session from now on. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!
Excellent place to get a take-out coffee. I spend a lot of time here in the autumn for the pumpkin spice lattes! I highly recommend downloading the app sp you can collect points eveytime you buy a coffee to unlock perks such as free drinks etc

Nice enough, clean, staff are friendly and order was correct, free WiFi easy to connect, mainly smaller tables so better for couples, small groups of 3 to 4, there is one larger table that can seat upto 6/7. Internal layout is a galley, big windows for natural light, hardly any road noise, lots of parking, good for popping into lidl next door also. 5 star if there was more comfy seating, for approx £5 a decent drink would expect more comfier chairs.
