   I come to this Costa drive thru almost every day, and the staff are nearly always amazing – friendly, chatty, and they really make the place welcoming. One staff member, Lauren, is absolutely brilliant. She’s always friendly, professional, and goes out of her way to make customers feel welcome. It genuinely makes a difference to my day. Great service and great coffee – highly recommended. Top service!

   During our stay one of the waitresses was mopping the floor and tidying the crockery, banging around the furniture and crockery, I was trying to have a conversation, especially as my friend and I have hearing difficulties. I asked her kindly to lift chairs and not bang or drag- she continued throughout our stay which we cut short due to this - it was not a calm coffee break experience sadly . This is our usual coffee catch up place but will think again due to this.

   Updated. Red hot when queuing up due to sunshine and heating on together? Very busy! 8 tables not cleared and mucky table when we got to our places but due to how busy it was can't be helped as all the staff were extremely busy. Difficult to juggle drive through and in shop customers. Food was delicious and staff work very hard.

   Drive thru service very very slow every time I have been at least 10 minutes wait, it would help if rhe staff did not joke and mess about with the cars infront once they have given them the drinks, my turn drink not even made si I drove straight away and went to Starbucks in Bradford. Costa needs to buck ideas up

   On Wednesday morning I arrived at the drive through to find it was closed. I had enough time before work to go in, so I parked up and went in. There was about 4 people ahead of me, and I soon realised there was only one lady, doing EVERYTHING by herself! Honestly she was doing an amazing job! Some staff had not made it that morning, so she just cracked on and held things together by herself! I really hope Costa give her a big bonus for that day!! Well done that lady for handling it and keeping your cool!
