Nasty rude man running the shop on my first visit (and last), then suddenly a flurry of fake positive reviews on Google, so easy to tell!! This place is a disgrace.
Amazing customer service. I have shopped from here for a number of years and I have always had a pleasant experience. Clothes are great and trendy. Affordable prices and I have always found what I need. Definitely would recommend shopping here.
My mum often comes to this shop. It's a small shop but has good quality clothing at a reasonable price. We went in here today and the owner was very helpful. My mum was looking for something specific and he went above and beyond to help her and show her different varieties they have. Was a great experience. Customer service was top notch.
Horrific!!!!! If I could give ZERO STARS I would. What a horrendous experience in this shop, Claire's Collection. The man in there was very aggressive, overbearing and rude, raising his voice and demanding I listen to him explain the price of everything when I said I wasn't interested in the prices and just wanted to be left alone to look around, like most customers. Instead he continued to harass, then when I told him to leave me alone he got close and said it was closing time. This man (in the photo by the door with the stripy top) has no idea how to behave around women or how to treat customers, unbelievable to have a person like this in a public facing role in the UK, disgraceful. Avoid this shop like the plague.
My mum is a pensioner. She purchased an item from this shop which when she got home she found was faulty. The next week she tried to return the item with her receipt. This was refused and the owner was very rude and became aggressive pointing his finger and a hanger in her face and invading her personal space. My mum is afro caribbean and he was also racist talking about 'YOU PEOPLE'. Several passers by outside could overhear him shouting and told him to give my mum her money back which he refused. My mum bless her was persistent and managed to get an exchange. Disgusting behaviour I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
Cheap clothes
BEWARE!!! IF YOU DON'T MAKE PURCHASE, THEY THROW YOU OUT!!! Extremely rude and disrespectful owner! I have bought many items from there over the years and, although they always seemed a little pushy for a sale it was ok since I was spending money there anyway. Today however, I couldn't find anything and after trying on a couple of things I still wasn't convinced. He then became angry, refused to serve me anymore and immediately showed me the door saying "JUST GO GO, GET OUT". Never again will I leave my hard earned money there! And if you like to be respected as a customer, I advise you to STEER CLEAR of that place!!! Besides clothes are identical to the ones sold at a neighbouring market at double the price!
