Very bad customer service. Preparing to close store 1 hour before the closure time.. All the fitting rooms except one are closed and we have to wait long time till the closing time .
Rude behaviour of your staff. While choosing a cap it was noted that one of your executive was standing on my head. Is it because of my colour you are categorising us as prospective shop lifter. I am a Consultant at NHS just to highlight. Teach your staff on induction to avoid discrimination and racism. Will never recommend peacock at Orpington.
I went into the Orpington Branch today and bought a few items, some in the sale, some not. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of most of the clothing and, being a plus size lady, enjoyed being able to buy the same clothes as everyone else, but in the larger sizes. Would have liked to have bought some of the ribbed vest tops in a size 20, but none of the colours I liked came in that size (tangerine or khaki).

Nothing much positive to say. Returns for online purchases are atrocious. No responsibility for 'company' wrongdoing although the staff were polite and helpful they could not help.
Always pop into here when going to Orpington. The store caters for men, women and children. The clothes are good quality, staff friendly. They take Blue light cards, if you work for NHS etc. so you get a small reduction in full price clothes
