Today I had the pleasure of visiting this store in Bexleyheath. It was a pleasure to be assisted by Bev today. She offered the kindest of customer service. This is my local and I love this store as it has a good range but the manager and some staff are so rude. They’ve stopped giving people their money back and force you to buy something in exchange or you face losing your money. Their attitude is horrid too, I heard them talking about me as I walked off, I definitely believe there was some racism in there too.
Always a long queue. They have 4 tills but apparently 2 don't work and the other 2 are constantly crashing. But I can't even blame the tills for why they are so slow I have to blame this one worker with very dark hair who just loves a good old chat with every customer it is very annoying I was in th queue for 20 minutes even thobi only had 2 other customers in front of me..staff are useless and rude and are up for an argument when you moan that it is taking to long..avoid at all cost and stick to online

I had such a great experience today at bexleyheath newlook. I was trying on a coat I really liked and wasn't sure if I could get away with the length. A lovely assistant called roseanne could see I wasn't sure came over and gave her advice which was really helpful to me. I purchased the coat. Infact it was the second time roseanne has helped me I remembered her from my last visit. Just before Christmas I was in purchasing a few other items and there was a sheet mask for a child I was interested in but was worried about the ingredients and any reaction it may cause. Roseanne new all about the ingredients and showed me. We had a short chat about skin sensitivity and not only did she give me advice about the mask she advised me about own skin health condition and I took that advice and I remembered her because my skin has cleared up remarkably. I thanked her today for all her help.The customer service was excellent both times. It really makes a difference to be assisted by such a genuinely helpful and friendly person.
large store with a wide variety of clothes at reasonable prices. I bought a lovely lace summer top which I'm very with.The staff are friendly and approachable, would recommend to friends and family
Great new look with polite, helpful and friendly staff. Clothes can be a little chaotic in the sale rail but tidy else where in the shop. Annoying that you don't get a receipt but have to give them your email to get one but that's not a Bexleyheath thing but a new look policy.
