Got a sandwich but it wasn't amazing I wish I had gone just for a egg sandwich rather than sausage and egg as the sausage wasn't very nice
Even if you get what you ordered it’s not a very good sandwich. The last 2 times I’ve been I got the wrong sandwich. A few weeks ago I got the sandwich the person in front of me ordered who was obviously a weirdo and the sandwich was a roll full of mush that went in the bin. This time the sausage I paid for was missing from the sandwich and the spam was burnt
The MAJORITY of the staff are lovely, always really nice and bubbly, on the odd occasion they will know what I want once I walk through the door, but there is this one staff member, looks no older than 20, at the youngest I reckon she's 17, she has black/dark brown hair, freckles, probably around 5'3-5'5.5, and any time I come into the shop, she's staring at me, giving me dirty looks, I feel to afraid to say anything when in the shop, the most recent event this happened was my visit on Friday around 8am, I had walked into the shop, went to the front desk, the I'd say 2nd youngest lady there, with browny blonde hair, always really bubbly and kind, took my order, then the one I'm guessing is the youngest is stood in the kitchen doorframe, with who'd I say middle aged blonde lady, they were both staring at me, then the younger one seemed to say something to the middle aged one, and both chuckled. If this happens again, I will be mentioning this to one of the many staff members that NEVER ruin the lovely atmosphere in this shop

Walked past recently and spotted sausage rolls in the window so I had to come back and visit. During COVID, although the shop and number of people is small to not wear a mask, my heart sank when I ordered 3 sausage rolls and they were picked up with no gloves or tongs. Hygiene anyone?
