Worst customer service I have ever come across, disrespectful to the point you don’t ever want to see their faces again. Just because someone doesn’t like your stuff doesn’t mean you need to get rude. Some customers wouldn’t buy anything and that’s fine, they need to learn to be polite and professional.
After looking everywhere for an outfit in green street, I had no choice but to go to Ilford lane. Unfortunately there weren’t many clothes shops left to choose an outfit for my daughter until I came across this shop and finally my daughter fell in love with a lengha. Customer service was amazing and the owner uncle was very friendly. Price was amazing and to my surprise they included the tailoring too as I had travelled all the way to them. They did the tailoring within 30 mins. Outstanding customer service and would highly recommend the shop and tailoring service.
I went to Aman fashions to ask about alterations and jewellery and the service I got was very good. Sarab really took her time with me and made sure the alteration on my outfit was done on time, customer service was excellent and then Jas who helped and matched my jewellery with my outfit was also very nice and helpful. Thank you to you both, I will definitely visit amd reccommend Aman fashions again.
The store and staff are very helpful. We l’ve been visiting them for over 15 years. Never had a problem. My kids love Uncle ji and have a great experience every time they visit. It is a shame.. some people are ganging up on them collectively with family & friends- that may have NEVER visited the store from the beginning. Just so they can give the shop bad reviews & a bad name, by supporting each other & NOT giving valid reasons OR by repeating the same reason to give bad reviews just to lower their ratings. It is really wrong and un ethical thing to do.
Horrendous customer service and exorbitant prices. I would give no stars if possible.I purchased a lenga for a wedding from them for £350. The owner was hostile and deceitful saying I couldn't try on the dress before purchase when it was clearly a lie. I later saw similar dresses elsewhere for £250, so complete rip off. When picking up the dress the tailor was rude and unpleasant. I had to insist I wanted to try on the lenga before taking it home. They didn't even have a bag for me to carry it home in ! They packed the dress with two smaller bags on either end. I still had shopping to do and stated I couldnt carry the dress under my arm like that. The owner stated that I should have done my shopping first and then picked up the dress. I had to demand them to give me one of the tailor bags so that I could carry the dress. They gave me a ripped bag and begrudgingly said that was the best they could do. I would caution anyone from doing business with Aman Fashions.They are greedy and dishonest with a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
AVOID they take your measurements and make the items all wrong sizes. They over charge and lie! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. spent £1000 here on numerous outfits and 8/11 did not fit. Even though they took measurements. CON MAN runs this shop. I am planning to sue them.
5 stars for the jewellery and service at Aman Fashions. The lovely father and daughter duo at this shop were so helpful and made sure I left with jewellery for al three outfits I came in with. Jimmy was so polite and patient, really appreciated her taking her time and helping me find the jewellery that was right for me. There was no pressure from her, she really went above and beyond for me which was great. Thank you Jimmy and Uncle ji.
Awful service still in shock . Just had to get out of there . Would have preferred a refund . Now got a suit that not fit for purpose . Can post pics if required of how it’s stitched . Have not got time to be messed about as was required for a wedding. Wearing something else now as suit was too much of an inconvenience to the shop to alter as required . Waste of my time and money .the attitude of tailor and staff . Unbelievable
Very friendly family, service was 5 star. Mr Singh was very helpful and had some beautiful elegant outfits, I would highly recommend this shop. I bought a beautiful yellow outfit and some outfits for my daughters, they even had an alteration service which made my time well spent.
I came here to find an outfit for my friends wedding, I’m not Asian/Indian so I don’t know much about the clothes, the current styles, the fit etc but the staff here helped me with everything and made the experience less daunting. Because I’m very tall I needed to have mine made to order, I was concerned because I’d witnessed my friend wait months for her dress to come from a different shop but even with the short notice my outfit arrived 2 days earlier than quoted! And it is absolutely beautiful!!! The detail and the quality, even the small tailoring I needed was done within 30 minutes, I was so pleased I bought jewellery from here to go with my outfit. It was a very pleasant and smooth process from start to finish & I would definitely recommend. Thank you so much!!
