Honestly one of the best places to buy from. I had complete faith in Ruby and she delivers as promised. You know from the second you walk in that you’re in safe hands and she’s an expert. No issues with communication, delivery times or price. Very reasonable and Ruby is my go-to-person now for all future events! Thank you for everything.

Customer service overall is good. Aunty Ruby has an eye for what will work and what won't. Our outfits were slightly late (potential miscommunication), we expected to pick them up by end of June but actually they meant they will arrive in the last week of June. Quality of embroidery and finish is excellent. One of the outfits did not come out well but this is not the fault of the London team and they did everything they could to find an acceptable resolution. Would use again.

Me and my Mum recently ordered our outfits from Motifz for my brothers wedding. From start to finish the customer service was immaculate and staff were always quick to respond and give updates on our outfits. Both our outfits arrived on time, exactly how we requested and even more beautiful in person. We requested quite a few changes to our outfits and staff were very patient, honest and polite throughout the process. They ordered us in a swatch to help us choose a colour which we appreciated. When our outfit arrived they had it all steamed and ready for our fitting. Thanks for all your help. Cannot recommend Motifz enough!

Worst experience. See below for correspondence sent to Ruby. We ordered 5 outfits. Ruby, I wanted to inform you, that despite the visual beauty of your clothes, your customer service and quality of work is ugly, disappointing and severely underwhelming. Please undertake formal business courses to improve your services. We strongly request a partial refund ( I will not be letting this go). Please read below my grievances: -My mum’s outfit was not tailored: her sleeves were still tight and the body was barely adjusted- your tailor lied to you. The pearls on her sleeves were not as agreed. You found random ones and not the pearls from the hem of the blouse. Not only this, but there were beads were also missing. The stitches are loose on the sleeves and shoulder also- one tug and they would come apart. The overlock was also not done- I thought you quality checked all your outfits? It obviously appears not. -Our blouses all have black pen marks dotted on them. It is from when they stitch/trace the design and it is not covered by the work. What kind of quality do you call this? Money not well spent. -My zip and seams of the skirt is falling apart. Stones missing and poor tailormanship. -Finally, and this is truly the most disgraceful, shameful and dishonest of you- charging me an extra £80 for work we had agreed in the invoice to be the same as the rest of the outfits. Never did you mention this sum of £80 pre purchasing and I was under no obligation to pay this- I would not have paid this if I still didn’t need you to tailor my blouse further. I am someone with integrity- if we had agreed this price, I would have happily paid it. Though, you lied and say you had agreed this beforehand and blamed on the shop ‘being busy’- unprofessional. How do I know your invoices and valid and you will keep your word? You should be grateful, I was not confrontational as others would have walked out. -Mistakes happen but you charging us an extra £110 for my mums outfit and taking incredibly long to pay this back is what is immoral and unprofessional. Constantly saying you’ll send the money and then even once claiming you had sent the money but didn’t and did it the next day. You would never let your customers get away this this. -You are so quick to overcharge people, and then deliver poor service and poor quality clothes. The tailoring was so poor- even though you took measurements several times- you all simply lack talent and skill. -Your constant suggestions to complete our requests “after the wedding” is ridiculous- what if I pay you after the wedding, how would you feel? We work hard for our money- just like you- and would like services to be provided in exchange. Basic 101 business etiquette. These things broke all trust. -Your communication is poor- whether outfits are done, whether extra work is done, whether they are in the shop or not was unclear- requiring several trips back and forth- which my severely ill mother had to make. I highly recommend you take these points onboard, otherwise you will face other disappointed customers. I really should be demanding money back, to the same strength that you charged me extra dishonestly. I certainly do request money back. We, of course, will not be coming back and will be sharing our poor experiences so others do not go through the same thing. We had paid a significant amount of money for our outfits and also paid you the full amount before the outfits were fully completed/tailored. We acted out of good faith, an obvious mistake. You have ruined this experience, of shopping for my brothers wedding, for us. A partial refund must be provided- especially due to the fact that my mother’s outfit was done so poorly. This particularly felt like we were scammed. Thank you for the outfits. They are beautiful. We appreciate your time but please take onboard these points. Take care - and please consider business management courses for a successful business inshallah- and I emphasise strongly on a partial refund.

Ordered my outfit from here. Ruby and Sadaf were super helpful and were super knowledgeable about colours, fabrics and design which was super important for special occasion. They have lovely design with wide variety. i was really pleased about how responsive they were and were able to deliver the outfit on time. If i could rate this 0 I would. I ordered two outfits for my brothers outfits a while back. Ruby keep flogging me off with dates to come back and collect. When i would turn to the shop she didn't have the dresses ready. I spent over 1.k and I was travelling from South West London so couldn't keep going. She kept lying and never keep to her promises. When I finally said I would take legal action she had the audacity to say go ahead. Soon as I raised this with the respective authority with details of the text messages, images of flaws that went for repair and never given back to me and recording of telephone conversation of how rude Ruby was and I denial, Ruby changed her tone. She ensured this time the date she gave me she lived up to. Its ashame because she lost customers that were willing to spend over what? Greediness and lies.

Highly recommend this store. Love Ruby, she is the sweetest soul ever. Ruby helped me from the start all the way until the end, she communicated with me every step of the way, returned my calls and messages so quickly. I've had very bad experiences in the past-but not this time. Very nice customer service, my outfit was actually perfect. Very hard for a bride to say this, but i couldn't fault the service or the dress. I got so many compliments on my outfit. Been a pleasure to work with her and wish her nothing but the best.
