   I used to be afraid to shop here because I felt too old. I'd creep in, have a look and leave without speaking to staff. One day, a member of staff managed to engage with me and gave me the confidence to be there and not worry about 'not belonging'. Since then I've become a regular shopper (probably too regular for a healthy bank balance) and I've always been treated so well and in a very sincere manner. I've never been dismissed by any member of staff as not being 'right' for their shop and they are all so nice. Thank you.
