“Really impressed with the helpfulness of the guy with the long dark hair who works at Sports Direct Orpington. I asked him about Karrimor sandals, as there were none on display (I think because they have moved over to winter stock). He said he believed there may be a few left in the stockroom, and asked what size and colour I was looking for – then immediately got on his walkie-talkie to a colleague in the stock room, who duly appeared with two pairs of sandals. Both men could not have been more helpful and pleasant, and I was really impressed that they were prepared to go above and beyond by searching in the stock room for something that was not on display.
