   Bought this Nike shoes for my son two months ago to 3., he's not wearing much as he is wearing school shoes, and the front bit opening up already ..not good brand no more, don't buy this brand no more.! M&S shoes , Clark, Next and Dune brand of shoes are crap. I would go for sketchers and new balance.

   I bought brand new tracksuit, but after the washing everything turned white from the lining. I went in the shop for refund, but the manager explained me that is not their fault, it is manufacturer's fault .Be careful with the products in Orpington's Sport Direct

   Great help finding the shoes i wanted. Guy in the footwear section was a class act. One odd looking bloke hanging around the door not helping out when i clearly need help takes the experience down a notch.

   Seriously poor service, it's 18.22 in the store, it's empty and I've been waiting 20 min to be seen to for a pair of trainer. Decided to walk out as I don't even know if they have them in stock. What a joke, just close the store.

   Very nice store with helpful and friendly staffs. However everything turned upside down since the female manager came to deal with a refund, she was very rude and unprofessional, her words were almost humiliating, worst ever experience. Won’t be back for sure.

   As others have said, wish I could give 0 stars. What kind of store manager actually walks away from a customer when asking for an exchange on poor quality shoes that lasted 2 months? She made my blood boil. I have never experienced such appalling customer service. Why is she still in this job after receiving all these appalling reviews?? Felt very sorry for the young helpful lady on the till who had to try and deal with the aftermath. She remained polite and calm.

   Went to buy some football boots and was given a boot off of display as it was the last one. It had a couple of scuffs on it and has obviously been worn so when I got to the till I asked if we could have any money off as the product isn't 100%. The manager was called over and didn't even look at the condition and said no and just walked off without even talking to us. This is the second time we've been in and staff have just been rude and unhelpful.

   Really impressed with the helpfulness of the guy with the long dark hair who works at Sports Direct Orpington. I asked him about Karrimor sandals, as there were none on display (I think because they have moved over to winter stock). He said he believed there may be a few left in the stockroom, and asked what size and colour I was looking for – then immediately got on his walkie-talkie to a colleague in the stock room, who duly appeared with two pairs of sandals. Both men could not have been more helpful and pleasant, and I was really impressed that they were prepared to go above and beyond by searching in the stock room for something that was not on display. These guys are great ambassadors for your brand Sports Direct, and for making sure you make sales! Fantastic service.

   Not the best On floor customer service but a good Sports shop with lots of Clothing/Footwear/Accessories options for all ages. Parking in front of shop. Close to McDonald's and Nugent shopping centre. Very busy on weekends.
