Called in today. Helped by a very capable member of staff, Rachel. Helped with our purchase, then one helpful guy lifted our purchase onto a trolley. Another helpful guy took trolley to car and put purchase in back of car for us. What a great experience. Will definitely be shopping there again!!
Wonderful service. Click and collect ready in 20min. Welcomed with a smile by the staff who dropped what they have been doing to serve us. My partner needed a toilet and as the customer one was out of order he was taken by member of staff to use their! Definitely recommend and thank you team!
Amazing service from claire in the kitchen department I wasnt the easiest of customers I was very indecisive but she was so patient with me going through all my options and making suggestions she was very knowledgeable. I needed the units quickly and had an email the same night to arrange delivery for this week so very happy with the overall service and can definitely recomend claire if your looking for a new kitchen 5* service
Stock levels always low or nonexistent. Expensive. Staff try their best to help and are extremely polite and knowledgeable. Might be time to join the rest online and leave behind the whole warehouse sized shop front.
I have never been so let down and disappointed multiple times!! by a store as I have with this stores kitchen design team.I am disabled and a home visit was arranged with Josh,he came measured up the room,took notes of things I wanted for my new kitchen and said he would contact me the following week with his ideas and plans!!I waited weeks still nothing so I rang and spoke to Alison who said she would get him to ring me,which he finally did to say he lost all my plans,measurements,notes etc and could he come out and do again,so I gave him another chance a date was agreed upon and he never showed(his car broke down)and he would contact me to reschedule,I have rung the store a few times and I am still waiting for him to contact me!!!it has been months and I have been the one doing all the contacting and being let down time and time again,it is very stressful and upsetting for these 2 members of Homebase staff to treat people like this.I wanted to buy my kitchen from a reputable high street store instead of online, as it is a lot of money.Well no I have no choice!!!!!
Always buy our Christmas tree here now as they have much more choice than other, similar stores. Good quality and helpful staff. Nice range of other Christmas plants and gifts too so worth browsing.
Great to going to a physical shop again and not just buying online. Homebase really needs to go back to their usual trading hours as this would really help.
