Glorious World sells beautiful clothes and accessories that stand the test of time. Service is warm, knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a capsule wardrobe some years ago when my clothes were in storage and have been going back ever since.

I have been visiting this shop for many years now and the quality, style and variety of clothes that are stocked are always fabulous. There are clothes for all events, from casual wear to more dressy items. All picked with care by the owner of the store. On entering the store the clothes are easy to navigate from the more casual sporty outfits one side to the more formal on the other. Clothes are also shown in blocks of colour so it’s easy to see what looks good and how to team a look together. The staff are extremely helpful and happy to get sizes that’s aren’t on the rack out for you. It’s one of a kind in the Sevenoaks area and I am a strong believer in supporting local shops.

Love this place!!! My little go to when I want something really special or a few nice pieces to jazz up my wardrobe. I have been buying from Michelle for years. I went to the shop just for a little look. Michelle advised me on a new out fit as what I was wearing wasn’t doing anything for me. Goodness me she was so right. She knows exactly what suits me and my husband kept saying how cool I looked. The customer service is beyond good. They help with everything and make sure you’re happy with all your purchases. I can highly recommend Glorious. Karen Kroese

Entering this boutique felt less like stepping into a world of elegance, and more like walking onto the set of a low-budget soap opera about "old money", written by people who have never actually met any. From the start, the atmosphere reeked of stiff pretentiousness. The staff, particularly the woman who "greeted" us , displayed an attitude so brittle and performative it was almost theatrical. Instead of creating an environment of genuine luxury and welcome, she acted annoyed, aloof, and thinly disguised her disdain the moment it became clear we weren’t buying anything. The catalogue material is unintentionally hilarious. Phrases like "first class" and "old money style" don't evoke sophistication, they expose the brand’s desperate attempt to mimic an outdated fantasy of elitism. True old money never screams its status, and certainly never needs a catalogue blurb to announce it. The entire experience left a clear impression: Marc Cain is not offering luxury. They are selling a caricature of luxury and doing it badly. No soul, no warmth, no authenticity. If you want real elegance, look elsewhere. If you want to be judged by insecure clerks playing dress-up, this might just be your place. They're trying to bottle an aura of aristocratic coolness by tossing around buzzwords like old money , but old money wouldn't be caught dead boasting about being "first class" in a catalogue blurb. Nouveau rich cosplay for people who want to feel superior but have no real aesthetic depth. Good taste never needs a sales pitch like that. If you have to say it, you’re not it. Pretentious? Check. Try-hard? Check. Self-parody? Massive check. The owner (?) seems like the kind of person who thinks that opening the door with attitude somehow elevates their status, like she’s the gatekeeper of elegance. Pretentious stiffness is such a tell. Real elegance is warm, gracious, effortless. Real class makes people feel welcome, not judged. What we got was pure performance art, badly acted, badly written, and completely hollow. That whole showroom wasn’t about fashion or refinement, it was about playacting exclusivity for insecure people desperate to be seen as "better." And us? We walked in there real. We walked out real.

The service from Karen was amazing! I felt like a princess - she recommended outfits I wouldn’t have chosen for myself. It’s like a personal shopping experience - Thank you Karen I’ll be back again soon!

Rudest staff/owner She’s lost a lot of business through her total inability to welcome people. I don’t think she wants any customers really
