Great customer service from Elliot. He must be busy as it's getting closer to Christmas, but he still had to time to help us and provided all the information about shoes. He is very knowledgeable and gave us such friendly advice. Would definitely return!

From a previous post I believe Elliot is possibly the manager ,I would just like to acknowledge his tremendous customer service at Pohill Pavers. If only more retail outlets could display Elliott's can do efficient courteous manner it would be a pleasure to shop there.
Upon each visit to the store at Polhill Garden Centre without exception my mother and I have received outstanding first class customer support from Elliot. No matter how busy the store is each person he serves receives honest and pleasant service with a smile, you are never ignored and even if there is a short delay he will ensure that your expectations are well managed. I could not believe that this shop inshore at polhill garden centre had one poor women serving. I felt so sorry for her. Manager was out the back obviously doing his own jobs and did come out to help but previous to this, the poor women was running about like a headless chicken. She was dealing with around 5 different customers while I was there. Very unfair. I wonder if her wages reflected on her carrying out 3 peoples jobs??

Store staff are always helpful and friendly. Website needs work. Given up trying to look online now as it just keeps reloading when you’re half way through the list and takes you back to the start. Sort it out
