I needed some new smart shoes for an interview, but wasn't sure what style. The owner, Mike, was genuinely helpful, as was the young woman working there as well (sorry, I didn't get her name). Anyway, I bought some great shoes at a good price, and got the job to boot, so thank you to all, and I'm happy to recommend this branch.
Found the new store upstairs on the Guildhall part of Bluewater after being disappointed to find they had shut from their original location downstairs. The new store looks great, had a nice warm welcome from the store manager and the sales associate, both really helpful with what I was looking for showing me options to go with the colour suit I was looking to match up with. Super happy with the loafers I purchased, and the products to protect them which were recommended by the sales associate, I didn't get her name but thank you. As someone who's worked in retail I know great service when I see it.. Thank you
I’ve always been a fan of Jones the Bootmaker because of the quality of their shoes. I bought a lovely pair a few months ago. I only wear them occasionally so it took a while for a loud squeak to develop in one of them which made them unwearable. I called the store to explain & even though I no longer had the receipt the staff could not have been more helpful and managed to get me a replacement pair (which is what I’d hoped for as I love the shoes). Quality products and great, friendly service.
Got a good pair of comfy shoes that were good quality this Saturday. It was hard to find a pair of shoes that had everything I required. The man serving me was very patient and made us feel relaxed. He spotted when it wasn't a good fit and encouraged us to leave with the right fit rather than rush a sale. I had to go through several pairs for it and it took a while but I left really happy. First time at Jones. I'll be back based on this experience.

Bought a pair of nice boots on sale here. Sales assistant are actually helpful and knowledgeable compared to other shoes shop I have been to where the staff can't be bothered to help. They were all friendly and gave good tips. Discounted price of the sale was also a good bonus
The services was good but I got home and the tag was left on the bag I bought for an event the following day. Attention to detail would have been great. No explanation as to why the white paper bags were used on the day either. I'd never seen that before. Leaving the tag on the only item us not good enough!
Excellent shoe and boot store with wide range of footwear and excellent range of sizes. The boots come in half sizes and are usually available in small, medium and large widths. You may pay a bit more on average but I do not mind this when you bear in mind their exceptional customer service. The staff in the Bluewater branch were superb. In this day and age this makes a refreshing change and good customer service is a quality that makes me want to go back to the store again. Five stars Jones!
