   Amazing People truly benevolent!! I bought some shoes from them yesterday and they went out of their way to make me and my friend feel comfortable! All staff who were working at the time made me feel welcome and if I can I will try and make sure that I can make my way there to buy any trainers I do need simply because their service was impeccable! Thank you to all staff that day you were really appreciated

   I cannot emphasize enough how terrible my experience was with this store and its management. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that customer service was not a priority. The staff were unfriendly and unresponsive to my questions, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.But what truly pushed me to write this scathing review was the complete lack of after-sales service. When I encountered a problem with the product I purchased, I expected the store to stand behind its merchandise and provide assistance. However, they were shockingly uncooperative and unresponsive. It took an exorbitant amount of effort and time just to get a simple issue addressed.This store's management clearly has no regard for customer satisfaction or loyalty. I would strongly advise anyone considering shopping here to think twice and explore other options where you'll receive the respect and support you deserve as a customer. It's a shame that businesses like this still exist in today's competitive market.

   Terrible customer service...faulty shoes...manager lied to me about my rights to a refund...then lied saying head office computers were down...only got my refund after I asked for customer service phone numbed and they authorised my refund...manager then tried to back track on her comments whilst sales assistant stood inches by me asif to try and intimidate me

   Asked to have my daughter's feet measured before buying a pair of Kickers to be told "we don't measure feet". What kind of shoe shop does not measure feet? The assistants seem more keen to chat with each other than serving the customers. Shame as would have bought two pairs from them as my teenage son needed a pair as well. Won't bother with Sole Trader in future for them or myself as don't pay for poor service.
