   I went to aldo shoes bluewater with my mum today There today my mum tried on some shoes see if she liked them The staff were very kind and helpful and kind to my mum They are always very helpful to their customers that come in to have a look at the shoes I like all the shoes they have there they are very lovely We had a look at all the shoes they have there The staff that work there are very kind lovely friendly The service there is very good amazing wonderful I had a very lovely second experience there today at aldo shoes bluewater with my mum today This place gets it's second 5 out of 5 star rating by me Enjoy reading your google review by me Have a lovely rest of your day 5 stars all around

   Terrible service. Store assistant has a bad attitude. Tried to return a pair of shoes that didn’t fit and they refused. £120 pounds down the drain. She advised me to sell them on Vinted. Stay away

   The store manager at Bluewater Aldo is so rude. He doesn’t know how to talk to customers. I ordered 8 bags from online and came to the store to exchange one bag. When I asked for an extra Aldo paper bag (with being happy to pay for it if needed), the store manager rudely just declined without even caring to explain why. All that was expected of him was polite behaviour. However, he simply did not seem to bother if the customers are happy or not. Really disappointed at such behaviour from Aldo store. I am a regular buyer from Aldo. However if this is what happens from Aldo in return I don’t think me/anyone else will continue to shop from that store. Extremely disappointed.

   a couple of days ago I went for new pair if shoes, there were two guys on the shift, during my visit I felt uncomfortable, it was difficult to understand the whispering and giggling of men among themselves, whether I was the reason for that laughter or not, I don’t know, I didn’t like the service very much, I won’t return to this store again .

   I am always disappointed with the service in Aldo. They always try to give you a hard sale when you purchase shoes from them to try and get you buying their cleaning products. This always gets on my nerves and is the main reason why Aldo is always a last resort for buying my shoes. I would rather go to there competitors and get a better service.
