   I collected and tried on a store delivery order recently and I really appreciated how Office still has visible staff around the store and staffed checkouts. I have hidden disabilities and being faced with a lot of self check outs and customer service screens in shops around Bluewater now makes for an incredibly stressful and overwhelming shopping experience. However being able to ask for help and chat to staff, who were friendly and welcoming, made my experience in this store a calm and enjoyable one. Great choice of products at good prices and decent quality.

   It was 16:00 on a Monday, 10/07. Here goes my appreciation to the manager who was at the store at that time: We arrived to pick up an online purchase. There was a lady at the front door who did not ask anything. As we did not meet any salesperson on the floor. We progressed to the cashier which was busy. So we queued. In less than one minute, the lady who was at the front door appeared, asking: “can I help you?”. We explained we came to collect our online purchase. She called a girl who was back at the shop and asked her to help us- which was done immediately . Seems nothing? It is A LOT. This is the kind of experience you USED to have in a 05 star hotel or top notch restaurant. It’s a seamless service. There is no time to feel stressed. There is someone watching from afar if you are being served. Carefully watched. CONGRATULATIONS!

   Decent range of Vejas here. They are £5 more expensive here than most other shoe stores. You do get a 10% student discount here, but so do many shoe shops.

   Staff were ok. Asked for a size 5 by assistant she brought out one six foot & one foot 5. Had to ask another assistant. Nobody looked that bothered. Not a shop I would use a lot. Customer service could be a lot better.

   I came to collect my online order and while I was waiting, there were 4 members of staffs at the till and could not be bother to called me over. I have to ask if anyone was free as it seemed like they could not see me waiting for them and carried on talking. I had a completely different experience from ALDO just a few shops away - great customer service and competitive price.
