Customer service was quite shocking, not very friendly, seemed annoyed when we said we would keep looking around for now

Went into schuh kids with my daughter and her nan tonight. We were looking at some trainers for my daughters birthday, we found some and then happened to buy her some new school trainers too. Harry was looking after us and he really was amazing, he was patient with my daughter, took an interest in her and was so helpful. I can't remember the last time I had such good customer service. Thank you Harry!
Staff were so good today with us today allowing us to exchange faulty school shoes with no problem. Jack, especially, was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We came away with new shoes, and a great big smile. Thank you

Absolutely poor , I specifically asked if the shoes I’m about to order would turn up before 2nd June they said yes , I said even tho the bank holiday starts from the 2nd June they said yes would arrive by 31st may of 1st June It’s now the end of 1st June so chased it up now there telling me 8th June absolutely shocking now the live chat cuts out when I ask for money back but was working perfectly fine before hand and any other chat ive had when asking questions

Each and every time we go to this shop we are met with exceptional customer service. We have been served by the store manager, and members of her team, including new staff at the beginning of their time with Schuh We have found the whole team in each and every instance we have used them to be consistently warm and friendly, and show patience even when obviously under pressure at busy times. I have never once felt like we were hurried or pressurised in any way. They always take the time to engage enthusiastically with the children and parents. As to pricing nothing is excessively priced in comparison to other retailers. Seriously well done to all at Schuh Kids Bluewater! .
Trying to get baby shoes. Had none in size 4 no matter how many we tried. Eventually tried to order online and then till didnt work. Would have scored lower but assistant who helped us was lovely
