   Absolutely terrible experience in the store this morning the staff could not care less if you were alive or dead. The staff member show me the self scan while the other staff member was too busy on her phone. Not a word of thanks or anything to me when I left the store never will go near that pace again

   Horrible and rude staff, there is no one to be found on the first floor so you have to go downstairs if you are purchasing or collecting an order. Staff have so much attitude for some reason

   The employees were rude, especially the manager. I came to replace the product and they, not knowing their job, could not explain and started raising their voices.

   Some staff are rude and abrupt. I'm willing to use self service, but when I asked for the security tag to be removed from the item I just purchased, the lady on the till said "just do it yourself!"Like i was stupid! Firstly, I only know how to use a de tagger as i work in retail, otherwise how would i know? Also it was quite out if reach unless I went to the back of the counter, which I assumed customers shouldn't go! Not the first time staff had a 'do it yourself attitude' Awful experience to shop there now. Shame as the clothes are great. 15/01/25 11.30am

   A very tidy H&M store, great selection of size and a clear view of layout, carefully managed by great staff. The fitting rooms were dust free so I didn’t have to worry about dropped items in small corners. Customer service varies here, most staff I met on Friday (20th Aug) were absolutely lovely. They were very patient and helpful. A big thank you for making a mum’s shopping day enlightened with warm helps and kind words. Best wishes for you guys too.
