   Very poor attitude of the staff, manager was apparently to busy to deal with a serious customer complaint and kept refusing to come on the shop floor to deal with it. Next should be ashamed of its self.

   Just left next shop in Nugent Park Retail in Orpington. Waited for couple of minutes after a rude lady appeared with my parcel. She asked my post code, rudely, I said quietly, as I hated people know where I live. I’m sure she heard me very well, but she asked me again, trying to make me feel like I said wrongly. I said again, with different tone, which she heard and she said with sarcasm “thank you”. I thought her behaviour was totally disrespectful and unnecessary. So rude. Hope Next would give her more customer training.

   Absolutely awful experience. The service is painfully slow, and the staff are some of the most unfriendly and unhelpful people I’ve ever come across — downright rude, arrogant and completely lacking professionalism. They make simple returns and collections into a full-blown drama. To make matters worse, they actually laugh and make fun of customers, which is disgusting behaviour. Too many miserable women working there who clearly hate their jobs. The stock choice is poor, sizes are never available and the whole place feels like a joke. Avoid this store at all costs!

   Not as up to the minute as I expected from Next, limited amounts of Petite clothes available. Styles a little hackneyed, unfortunately that applies to most of the big retailers... Clean n tidy, with a full range of regular sizes on offer.

   So glad Next is open its my favourite shop for clothes, homeware, furniture. Bought some slippers and beautiful dusky pink towels today and the young lady was so helpful.

   Appaling customer service. The manager was more concerned with tidying clothes up than dealing with the very long queue. She sent one cashier on a break and said she would serve me as I had been waiting a long time. She did not come back. She had a very bad attitude not at all helpful, and rather hostile. Would suggest you avoid this store unless you don't mind rude staff. A very disappointing experience after having been closed for so long.

   The worst staff I have ever seen, one of the staff shouted and make 7 years old girl cray. When we reported to the manager she shouted some islamophobic remark with the mum, telling the mother of the child who was wearing head scarf you’re terrorizing the store . All the mother asking was apology . We’re not saying the store is bad but we’re saying the staff and the manager have some issue with Muslim community.
